Thank you for taking the time to review your stay with us! We are happy to hear you found our Beach Walker condo to be clean, updated, and boasting lots of amenities. We are also glad you consulted our emailed driving directions because navigating through the large Omni Amelia Island Resort can be challenging the first few times! We will check on that name listed for the condo in our driving directions too (a new owner bought it last year!) Thanks again for being our guest and our team here at Destination Amelia Vacation Rentals hopes you will come back again!

Fabulous! We love receiving this feedback as our goal is always to have everything perfect for our guests so you can truly kick back and relax on your vacation. While it sounds like the weather wasn't conducive for beach/pool time, you clearly made the most of every moment by exploring the sprawling resort and it's many amenities. Love it! We agree that the grounds are so pretty and it feels like there are endless roads, paths, and trails to venture down. We're glad you felt our condo was "comfortable, clean, and well stocked" for those moments back in the unit. Thanks so much for sharing and we sincerely hope you will return to be our guest again soon!

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for our property! We love hearing that it was "just right" for your Amelia Island vacation. Thanks for pointing out the steps within the unit, as well as the beach gear and kitchen equipment, which future guests will appreciate. Our Destination Amelia Team was happy to have you as our guest and we hope you will visit again soon!

While we are happy to read you thought our condo was great overall and in a tremendous location, our team was disappointed to see the 3-star rating and to read your harsh words. We have high cleaning standards and our cleaning department certainly would have been happy to come back out to attend to any areas you felt were needing another look. We conveyed your comments to the owner about the curtains and wall paint for their consideration. Thanks again for being our guest and we truly wish you could have had a 5-star experience!

We are glad you consistently felt our team was proactive in communication and customer service given the few unexpected issues that arose! We certainly desired for your stay to be seamless and when that is not possible we do all we can to make things right, which is why we did refund a full night of your stay and the cleaning fee (more than $660 in total.) It meant a lot to us that you replied, "Your offer seems entirely fair. We accept with gratitude. While the cleanliness issues, the upkeep issues, and (less so) the leak issues were troublesome, we still had a lovely stay in a delightful location. We very much appreciate your efforts to make that happen, and we certainly will say as much to others. Best wishes in your ongoing efforts to provide a high quality experience for your future guests."

Thank you for your 5-star review and thorough feedback! We are so happy to hear you had a great stay and you felt the reservation process was seamless. We love that you enjoyed our condo's updates, fast Wifi, views, proximity to the beach and pool, and comfortable furnishings on your vacation! Our operations team has also addressed the front door lock. Thanks again for highly recommending our condo to other travelers and we hope you come back soon!
