We are so glad you found the unit updated and nice for your family! :) We are sorry if the space felt a bit small. It is a smaller floor plan, and we do try to include square footage in the listing so guests have a clear understanding of the space ahead of time, since size can often be hard to judge from photos alone. The complex is a bit older, but it does offer great amenity value and a wonderful beachfront location overall. While this particular unit is not oceanfront, it is advertised as a pool-view property so we aim to be very clear and not mislead guests about what to expect on arrival. We’re glad you also found it convenient to the Omni and Ritz areas. We are so sorry if the information felt overwhelming at times. We do understand how it can feel like a lot! It is always a bit of a balancing act for us—we have many wonderful guests who treat the homes with great care and leave them in excellent condition, just as they found them. At the same time, there are occasionally a number of guests who do not take the same level of care, which is why we do have certain rules and procedures in place. These guidelines are really there to help protect the owners’ valuable investment and ensure the homes remain in great condition for all future guests. You would honestly be surprised at some of the situations we have encountered, which is why we have to be a bit more detailed in our rules and procedures. We truly did not intend for this to feel unwelcoming in any way, and we sincerely apologize if it came across that way. Thank you again for your understanding and for staying with us—we really appreciate it!
