Annual family vacation

One of our favorite family vacations.We started out renting 1 condo when our children were younger, Now they have families of their own and we rent 3 separate units. We have rented this condo for the past 3 years and we have already reserved for 2026. Our experience has always been excellent and we love the condo.

Family Vacation

My family has been going to Crescent Beach and staying at The Sand Dollar for decades. The nicest place to stay in the area. Clean, quiet and family friendly.

Annual Family vacation

This was our family’s 29 year at Ssnd Dollar Condominiums and our 3rd year to rent this unit. We started out renting one unit when our children were young. Now we rent three units to accommodate our children and their children. We hope to continue this tradition for many more years to come.

Love Crescent Beach !

This was our second time in this condo. It is very comfortable and equipped with anything you could possibly need. The decor is different from other beach condos but so many interesting and pretty things to look at. You cannot beat the view or convenience of this bottom floor unit. Crescent Beach is a beautiful place!!

Family vacation

We love Sanddollar Condominiums. Our family has been vacationing there for 29 years. This condo was extremely well equipped and very comfortable.

Perfection

This was our second stay and this was again a wonderful expierience. Such gracious hosts that are super responsive to questions! We didn’t have any issues at all. The pool was SPARKLING! The access to the beach is excellent (even one with a ramp). My kids spent half the day on the beach each day and half in the pool. They slept great and enjoyed every aspect of the property. Publix delivers groceries with Instacart and had great Italian delivered too. So many positive things to say and no negatives. Can’t wait to come back again!!

Absolutely Amazing

Absolutely love this little beach house ! It is literally so cute and super close to the beach. This was our second year staying at this house and we will 100% be back ! Love love love love the view !!

Fantastic spot for ALL

We love the calm of crescent beach & have stayed at several condos over the years. This was our favorite so far! The owners have everything you could possibly need & that’s coming from a be prepared for everything kinda gal. We have three kiddos ages 3-9 & even that proved no issue. As others mentioned it’s a wee bit over full of furniture & Knick nacks but that was a simple shuffle then slide things back and well worth the trade off to snag the view, price, & having all you need at hand. We especially loved the wildlife, only beat out by the view. Rabbits, turtles, lizards galore call this place home. The view though-it’s practically unheard of to find one like that on the first floor, particularly with such close & accommodating parking. Green space + beach steps away…heavenly! Lastly, the owners are sweet as pie. Quick to respond & check in just because and their condo is not just a rental but a HOME. It has a little age so there’s a few quirks like a sliding door that doesn’t always slide but honestly we could’ve cared less it just feels dishonest not to mention something “negative”. We will 100% be back!

Practically perfect in every way

No doubt about it, this property deserves its high ratings! The owners are very responsive, the space is very comfortable and gave our family of 5 room to spread out. One specific thing I want to mention; we stay at places like this in part because we prefer to not eat at restaurants too much for dietary and financial reasons. Some properties don't really have a lot of supplies for cooking and eating food- I loved that this place had EVERYTHING I needed to make food and store it. I can say many more positive things but I think I have made it clear by now that I hope we can stay here again soon!

Excellent beach view and accommodations

Well stocked, comfortable, clean and RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Everything was modern yet had the beach feeling. Great location and the owner was very responsive to questions. A 10 out of 10.

Grand ole dame

Great location (we have been coming to Crescent Beach for 25+ years)! Well stocked with chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. and the kitchen has most everything you could need. I would definitely stay again! This feels like someone’s well loved home. All that being said , I would not bring young children; the condo is very full of furniture (over full) and fine things and I would be afraid something would get broken, but I am a nervous Nelly. The place could also use a good deep clean. Because of the crowding there is a lot of dust and dust bunnies on and under furniture.

Beautiful location!

Love the location, the view, the kitchen and laundry apiances, all of the towels, kitchen accessories...well I guess we just loved it all!!! Definitely hope to stay here again!

This property has everything you need and it’s steps to the beach out the back door. Very convenient location…close to grocery stores, restaurants and St Augustine. Had a great time!

What an amazing View

We had an amazing time staying at this property!! Super cute place. The beach is literally out the door! We enjoyed watching the sun rise every morning of our stay! I would definitely recommend ! This house has history and that’s what St. Augustine is all about !!!

Great Location

Excellent view of the ocean and the proximity to the beach was fantastic. Spacious living area and the master bedroom had breathtaking views of the sun rise. Listening to the ocean all day is what my family and I needed. The only negative detail is someone had been smoking in the home, all of us are allergic cigarette smoke. Other than that I would highly recommend this home for vacation.

Can’t beat the location

Such a gorgeous spot! The complex was very nice and we enjoyed the pool and the easy parking. You are literally 10 steps from the beach. The access is decent (a little steep for our toddler) but the view is incomparable. There are even amazing giant (I believe gopher) tortoises that come right up to you! The only drawback for us (and this would NOT be a problem for most) is that it’s a very sophisticated living space with pretty things (and upholstered dining chairs) and I was worried my toddler would ruin something. But it is so spacious and well equipped that we really didn’t have a problem. It really maximized our small amount of available time being so close to the beach. Every minute we had was beautiful!

Very comfortable and wonderful view!

As described this is not your ordinary beach rental. However, the furnishings are very pretty and we found the condo to be super cozy and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you could need in it and laid out very nicely with a big refrigerator and great island in the middle. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms have nice walk in showers. The only suggestion I could make would be some brighter lighting especially in the master bathroom. But, the best part is the amazing view from a ground floor condo. It was really special and so convenient for parking as well as walking down to the beach or to the pool. We really enjoyed the turtles too! This condo is a great value and we would definitely rent it again.

The unit was really clean and a perfect location! Loved that we could be on the beach and watch our kids go to the condo for whatever they needed! Beaches weren’t busy at all, short drive into St Augustine to shop and eat! We will stay here again!!

Perfect location, well-stocked condo

I worried that the ground floor location would mean we didn't have as much ocean view, but that was not a problem at all -- it was beautiful. It was great to be able to walk right out the door, across a grassy lawn and onto the boardwalk to the beach. The photos of the condo are pretty accurate, but it's bright enough with the curtains open. People do need to understand that this is NOT your typical beach decor; it's MUCH more formal. Gopher tortoises cruised the lawn most mornings, and in the evenings, the bunnies show up, so that was fun. The pool is very nice, too, and the beach is broad and stays fairly shallow for a long way out. The condo is VERY well stocked with just about any kitchen/cooking tool you could imagine.

Quiet and Peaceful with amazing views

From the ocean at your backdoor to the daily visits from the turtles this was a great place to stay. There are a lot of personal items throughout on walls and tables so may be a concern for small children but we were all adults and enjoyed all the artwork. VERY friendly and responsive property manager which helped make coordinating everything a breeze!
