This lovely duplex located just a few minutes from downtown is the ideal choice for your next city break. On the upper floor, you have a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Downstairs, you have a well-equipped kitchenette, one toilet and a bright living room with sofa and a private terrace to enjoy the sunny days.

Nearby, you can find the Bairro Alto, the nightlife heart of the city where you will find fado houses, trendy bars, and many restaurants.
The Rato subway station is just 10 minutes away and it will allow you to get to any point in the city. You can also opt for taking the light rail route 28 that goes through many of the most important and old Lisbon neighborhoods. The train is also available, and it will take you to Belem or further west along the coast to Cascais. Finally, in this area, it is also very easy to find a taxi.

Guests must pick-up the keys at the Welcome Centre located in Lisbon.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid in cash at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.

Lockers - We have lockers available at the Welcome Centre in Lisbon for an additional cost.

The apartment is located in São Bento, which is a specific area of the Santos neighborhood and is just a 10 minutes walk to the river. This neighborhood is surrounded by other well-known typical neighborhoods such as Madragoa, Lapa, Estrela, Principe Real, and Bairro Alto.
Just around the corner, you will find fado houses, trendy bars, miradors with breathtaking views, historic monuments and churches, imperial plazas, and many restaurants.

It’s a fancy part of town, surrounded by the most important and typical Lisbon neighborhoods: Castelo, Alfama, Baixa e Chiado. This whole area is within a comfortable walking distance from the apartment. Fado houses, amazing sights, historical monuments, imperial plazas… are located close to the apartment.
This old neighborhood is well known for its many antique stores and is edged by Av 24 de Julho, where old unused warehouses have given way to new trendy stores. Here, you will find the real Lisbon spirit with old traditions mixing with modern young life.
