Så mange ting at gøre med fuld tennisbaner, fuld basketballbane, volleyball sandbane, udendørs shuffleboard, hestesko, træningslokale overfor den store pool, børnesikkerhed legeplads, fiskeri piers off flere damme, asfalterede cykelstier og en båd lancering. Kun 2 miles fra havet, meget tæt på restauranter og barer (berømte Smitty Mcgee) .Ocean City biograf kun 2 miles væk. Tre etager, tre soveværelser med komplette badeværelser, opgraderet køkken, alle trægulve. Balkon og gårdhave med fantastisk udsigt over vandet. Master bedroom har en king size, første sal soveværelse king size, 3. soveværelse dronning og køjesenge. Ingen allergi problemer, her er det allergi bevis. Vaskemaskine og tørretumbler til rådighed. Kabel-tv og internet. Også afslappende sunroom med udsigt over vand og springvand. God fornøjelse!

The property is in nice locations. Near the attractions in both Delaware and Ocean City. Having a pool on the property was nice. The house is spacious and could fit multiple families. A little out dated but still okay. My family of 2 adults and 4 kids enjoyed our stay. Check-in/out was very easy.

Great beach house with a neighborhood feel

We love staying at this property. It is back far enough away from the hub-bub of coastal highway but still a short 10 minute drive to our favorite places. The neighborhood has a beautiful pool, gym, walking trail, tennis courts, horseshoes, volleyball.

Beautiful Condo w/ Great Amenities

Our family had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Joann’s condo. Easy check-in/out, three stories with spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a garage for extra storage, a wonderful sunroom with views, a 2-minute walk to the family-friendly pool with a kiddie area, tennis and pickleball courts, bay access for paddling, 10 min to OC and a quiet community for walking, running or biking. Condo seems like it’s been updated since the listing and photos were published- current photos don’t do it justice. We would gladly stay again.

PERFECT!

The property is conveniently located to the beaches in Fenwick Island, Ocean City, and Bethany. The townhouse is spacious, bedrooms, living room, and kitchen were large for a townhouse and community is quiet and well kept. The pool and other amenities were wonderful. Plan to come back often.

This is our first time to rent a house and we are amazed with the house it is conducive to leave like feel at home. The house was very nice, clean and smells good before we arrived. We stayed 3 days and nights. We asked extension because we don’t wanna leave the house. We really love the house and also we love Ms. Jodi she was very nice to us, superb!

Great location and property , just needs a few updates .

I had a great time and this property is in a prime location and community. The property did have a broken sinkbase in the master bath, a broken window in the sunroom and two broken TVs in two of the bedrooms. I enjoyed my stay besides those inconveniences.

I am glad Crystal enjoyed her stay.. I let Crystal stay over 3 hours after check out as a courtesy and offered a early check in time. I like to do this if it is not rented immediately before or after. To address the broken window in the sunroom, yes one window I am repairing but the other 4 work fine. The bathroom sink basin is not broken just needed a plug which I found under the sink ,the other basin had a plug and worked fine.Finally, I have 3 smart TV's that work fine and the one dumb TV is not broken but is not connected. Thanks again to Crystal and her guests for staying at my townhome. Joanne

Memorable First Family Vacation

I want to thank Jodi for allowing us to stay at her wonderful home for our first vacation as a family. My sons are 3 and 2 and this was their first time away from home. Jodi was wonderful in answering all my questions before and during our trip. The home’s location to the beach pool and playground were perfect for us. The boys loved their “beach house” as they called it and so did we. It had everything we needed and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you Jodi!

This townhome was just that home for the time we where there. It was clean, well kept. Thw pictures did not do it justic and i really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom. It was very close to everything yet away from it all. The pool was clean and neat and a very friendly neighborhood. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks again.

Delaware Beach Stay

The property was spacious and well suited for the adults and children in our party. The beds were comfortable. The overall cleanliness of the property was only fair and there were windows for which the mechanisms were unable to function to open the windows. The was no light bulb in the outside light which I supplied because it was dark at night at the entrance door without the light functioning. Some of the closets had excessive personal items which interfered with the use of the closet space.

I am sorry Steven found a light bulb not lighting outside, sometimes light bulbs burn out. The only articles left in any closets at the unit is extra bedding, such as, pillows, blankets etc. to accommodate the guests. I always leave the cleaners number at the unit to encourage guests to call if they are unhappy, they will respond and return. Cleaning is a priority and my service came highly recomment and are excellent. Thanks

Overall our stay was good.

Pros -access into unit was easy with lock box, easy walking distance to pool, location convenient to beach, grocery stores, and activities. Cons- There were items in the unit that require attention. Broken window cranks in sun room, could use more drinking glasses found only 3, only 3 butter knives, a few light bulbs burned out and overall most of the lighting was dim, switch in right side bed lamp in downstairs bedroom wouldn’t work so you had to plug and unplug that lamp to use it, left side bed lamp unusable because cord wouldn’t teach to an outlet, bed blankets could use washing, picture frame in powder room broken, dryer vent filter screen crumbling, glass top on stove worn and scuffed, door on kitchen trash pullout loose, glue foamed items for quick repair such as door handle to sunroom. Downstairs bedroom and bedroom 2 upstairs smelled musty (perhaps furnace filters require replacement)..

Fantastic property!

This was a wonderful stay at a lovely townhouse in Delaware. We drove to Fenwick, Ocean City, MD, and also Bethany Beach over the course of our stay. The home was extremely clean when we arrived. The beds were comfortable. Having a full kitchen was great because our family has a lot of food allergies. Jodi was very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was fantastic!

The property is more updated than the pictures show, so even though it looks very nice on the listing, I promise its even better. The owner was fantastic and very helpful if we had any questions. The neighborhood is wonderful as well, everyone we interacted with was pleasant and nice. All in all this is a great property to stay at, it is very easy access to get to any of the main locations you would want to see (beaches, light house, Coastal Hwy 1 to go north or south). Definitely highly recommend staying at this property! I would come back! :)

Perfect Family Vacation

We had a fantastic stay at Joann's townhouse. Let's start with location. The neighborhood has a pool (short walk from house), gym, tot lot, trails, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard, and horseshoes. We spent a lot of time at the pool. It was very clean, spacious, and not at all crowded when we were there. There is no lifeguard on duty but the deep end was only 5 feet and the 3-4 foot section was huge. We felt very comfortable with our kids. There is a grocery store down the street and lots of restaurants nearby. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. We chose to use Fenwick Island State Park for the beach. There is a huge parking lot (we went at all times of the day and I ever saw it full). It costs $10 for out of state residents to use the lot but it's good all day. You can come and go as you please and use your parking pass at other state parks throughout the day! The waves were ROUGH. Maybe just the time of year we went? They do have EXCELLENT lifeguards. They were very on top of the conditions. They also have a little concession stand (chicken fingers, hamburgers, french fries, etc). There are lots of other things to do in the area too. We enjoyed a water park about five minutes away. We also did the Ocean City boardwalk, and the Jolly Roger amusement park and go karts. And we loved the drone show in Ocean City on Thursday and Sunday evenings. So cool! The house itself was great! The pictures in the listing do not do the property justice. The only problem we had was with the cleanliness of the floors. But everything else felt clean. So we took a few minutes to sweep and swiffer the house ourselves. I did let Joann know and she said she would be happy to send over the cleaners again, but we said it wasn't necessary. The house has three large bedrooms (each with closet and storage space), a large kitchen, and 3.5 baths. This was a huge perk for our family! After a long day at the beach, we could all take showers at the same time! There's also a first floor washer and dryer...another huge perk. And a sunroom on the second floor! The views of the lake and fountains were gorgeous on each of the three levels. In the garage, Joann has beach chairs, an umbrella, and a couple of bikes. Joann was a great host. Always super responsive and super accommodating of our needs. For example, when we couldn't find her beach umbrella in the garage, she told us to buy one and she reimbursed us that same day. Thanks, Joann! We hope to visit again soon!

Not what we expected for a higher end vacation rental

Place was not clean, kitchen, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, social areas, sun room, walls, windows, patio door threshold etc. Many items broken, needing of repair, or cleaned, walls, cabinets, appliances, bed comforters musty smelling, general once-over needed. I've stayed at Bayview Shores many times over the years, usually quality rentals, very disappointed this time.....shouldn't have to clean on vacation.

It is difficult to response to such an unfair and untrue review. The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized by a reputable company. If this guest had an issue, they would have returned but he never requested this. Instead, he sent pics of a trash liner not being placed properly in the trash can, a shade not closed properly, 1 light bulb not working out of about 25 lights in the unit, a shower door open and not closed. There was a broken handle and kitchen trash rack that needed repair. It was repaired very quickly. Unfortunately, things do break and need repair during the season.

Extended Family Getaway

Stayed here for 3 night family getaway. Owner, Joanne was very responsive and size of condo was great, very spacious and comfortable. Joanne had advised that handle on sliding door was broken, so appreciated that. However unit was not cleaned well. Reviews indicated it was very clean, so possibly due to staffing shortages. Condo is conveniently located in Bayville Shores, which is a beautiful community and appreciated being able to use the community amenities without needing to pay an extra charge.

Great location for family retreat

Joanne Is absolutely fabulous about communicating with her renters. Getting into the property was super easy and there are lots of amenities for an extended family vacation. We rented bikes from the Fenwick bike shop and they drop them off at the property. My children enjoyed riding around the Bayville Shore’s neighborhood on days we just relaxed
