The condo was very roomy and it fit our needs. Unfortunately, we had rain half of our time. We enjoyed our stay.

The host helped with the lighting problem, the stopped up drain and getting locked out of the bathroom quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly. The condo was good for our size group in many ways. . Another couch in the living room would be nice. The AC and nice hot water was great. The wifi and cell reception is likely not your fault but it was continually a challenge. Overall we were pleased.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly and efficiently to the lighting, drain, and bathroom lockout issues, and that you found our staff friendly and helpful. We’re also happy to hear that the condo worked well for your group and that you enjoyed the comfortable temperature and hot water. We appreciate your suggestion about additional seating in the living room and understand the frustration with the Wi-Fi and cell reception. While connectivity can be challenging in the area, we appreciate you mentioning it. We’re happy to hear that overall you were pleased with your stay and hope to welcome you back again!

Beach Baseball stay

Property was well kept. Loved the deer all over. Weather prevented us from using all facilities because of baseball tournaments.

Bethany Beach Family Trip

Check in was seamless. Everything was great about property except the description stated an elevator and there was not one. In addition, the dishwasher did not work…did not realize this until the last day. Enough space for 7 ppl comfortably.

Thank you for your review and feedback Lorraine. We are happy to hear you enjoyed the property. We will address the dishwasher immediately now that we know it is not working. For future reference, we are happy to have someone come to take care of a repair when you are at our properties if we know there is an issue. We cannot seem to locate where you noted that the description stated the property has an elevator and apologize that this was thought to be the case. Please do consider staying with us again in the future.

Condo at Bethany Bay

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The check-in process was easy, just a little cumbersome in the fact that you needed to drive to bear trap dunes to get pool passes, and the code for the door, instead of just being able to check in on site. The condo was very clean, and the welcome bag of starter toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags was nice. I was a little surprised to see that hand soap was not included in the rental. The linens were nice, and the directions for returning were easy. Having access to the pool is wonderful! Our group certainly enjoyed our stay.
