The main house has 3 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom; every bedroom has a fan, air conditioning, and a thermostat to regulate the heating; a living room with a built-in fireplace, a dining room, and an open-concept kitchen. There is a spacious south-facing porch overlooking the heated pool. There is also a guest house with a spacious bedroom, its own bathroom, a small kitchen, a living room, and a porch offering wonderful views of the olive grove, where you can see the tower of the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Angels in the distance.
The house is extremely well-equipped with a Lór capsule coffee machine, plates, silverware, glasses, wine glasses, WMF pots and pans, nonstick skillets, and high-quality cotton sheets and towels for the bathroom and pool. There are also several areas with lounge chairs where you can relax, as well as various dining spots: in the indoor dining room, by the barbecue, by the pool, and on the terrace at living room level, with different tables for meals.
There is a spacious wood-fired barbecue area between the two cottages.
The house sits on a 6,000 m² lot. It features landscaped areas with lawns, as well as an olive grove and a pine forest, giving you the feeling of living in the countryside even though you’re just a 10-minute drive from all the amenities in Jávea and Denia.
Very close to the house are El Amanecer, a very pleasant restaurant with a pool; Hacienda, a nightclub open in the summer and during Holy Week; the Denia shooting range; the Sanctuary of Our Lady of the Angels; and the Cabo de San Antonio lookout point—all located on the plain that forms at Cabo de San Antonio.
