Great location! So close to the beach. Get a little view of the waves in the master bedroom. You can hear the waves when siting out on the balcony. The condo was clean and well taken care of. We would definitely rent this unit again!

Good location

The property is at a good location. The condo is a bit old but it was generally alright. We did have concerns with stained bedsheets and towels, and a bath tub/shower that wouldn't drain. We got these addressed with the property manager.

Nice Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Check in and out was super easy. You will have to memorize 2 codes, one for the unit and one for the pool. The unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable except for the mattress pads being worn and would not stay in place. Short walk to the beach.

Perfect, as described...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was perfect for our family and pet. Quick labor day weekend. Easy access from parking lot, and to the beach. Good supply of cooking utensils, etc. Do bring all your own food items, spices, coffee filters (12 cup pot with regular - not cone shaped - filter). Clean and comfortable. A lot of stairs if that is an issue...

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our weekend didn’t start out as planned but I called Padre escapes and they were able to get me into a last minute rental. The rental was perfect! It was walking distance to beach and had 2 balconies. One viewing the pool and the other the beach. The condo was clean and quiet. It was a packed weekend and we didn’t hear any noise from units or pool. Location was great to get around the island. Will use them again!

GOOD STAY FOR THE PRICE

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay for the price and location, but the room is in need of some updating! Fans are rusting and don't run on high speed, with blades flopped down. Outlets in master bedroom faulty/broken. Master shower looks like its had a leak at the shower head, looks to be the start of mold growing. Ac took way too long to cool down. Entire upstairs was hot the whole weekend while down stairs was cold. Would stay again, hopefully with a few updates by the time we go back! But otherwise clean unit, great location, great pool, decent parking lot size!

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re glad you enjoyed the property’s location, cleanliness, and pool. We appreciate your notes on needed updates and will share them with the owner. Just a note for future stays: the AC setup in all El Constante 2 bedroom condos tend to keep the upstairs bedrooms warmer than downstairs.

Great as always but a few hiccups

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: El Constante was awesome as usual with location and scenery. However only having a few units that are dog friendly is causing some issues. We apparently can't get a unit with a washer and dryer anymore (even though it was pictures for #236) and half the plugs on living room and kitchen walls were dead. The hose for vehicle wash was broken the entire week, even though I turned it in multiple times. Golf Carts were not parked in designated spaces on rocks and never enforced.
Svar fra VrboOwner den 14. jul. 2022
Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback, it's truly appreciated. Since your stay we have repaired the hose and have implemented a way to keep track of the golf cart parking as much as possible. We hope to host you again!
