Located in the heart of the Old Town, our stylish two bedroom, second-floor apartment is one minute off the royal mile, and very close to the train station as well as Princes Street.
Waverley Station/Mall and a plethora of local shops, bars and restaurants are located right on our doorstep. The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a cosy living room, kitchen and dining area. The property sleeps up to 4 guests. Essentials such as linen, towels, TV & WiFi provided.
The space
The apartment has just been decorated and refurbished this July. We are aiming to offer the highest standard as we could.
Living Room and Kitchen
The spacious, cosy living room and kitchen overlooks Arthurs Seat, and also brings in lots of natural light. This space is bright, airy and immaculately decorated, emanating a feeling of both relaxation and comfort.
With wooden floors, a stylish coffee table, two armchairs, and a cozy sofa in which you can lean back into after a day of enjoying the area, this room will most likely become your favourite place to spend the evenings.
The kitchen is well-stocked with tea and good coffee and you’ll find all the essentials you need if you want to cook. You will find a large fridge freezer which you can stock with your favourite groceries. An oven/stove to help you create that perfect lunch or dinner. And a microwave, kettle, and toaster so that you can enjoy a tasty breakfast. The dishwasher will take care of the mess after your meal, allowing you to meanwhile relax in the living room.
Bedrooms and Bathroom
Two quiet bedrooms each equipped with tremendously comfortable king-sized beds and storage space for your clothes and belongings.
The spacious bathroom has a modern electric shower. We provide a full range of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash) so you can travel light. Each guest gets a set of fluffy towels.

ALTIDO Scotland wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
- Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs.
To ensure the safety of our current and future guests, we ask all guests to complete our online check-in form and to provide a valid form of identification.

Guests will have access to the entire flat.

The property is located on the second floor.
Please be aware of the little step from the hallway to the living room.
Laundry and Extra Appliances
Everything needed to keep the place clean is provided: a mop & bucket, and dustpan & brush.
If you need to do some laundry, the property is also equipped with a washer/dryer. Please note, we do not provide washing detergent.
An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer is also provided for your convenience.
