The property is located on the first floor of a building in the center of Acireale; it is brand-new, has never been lived in, and is used entirely and exclusively for tourism. It consists of a spacious kitchen equipped with all the amenities needed for both short- and long-term stays, a living area with a sofa bed where you can relax in front of our 50-inch Smart TV, a brand-new bathroom with a shower equipped with all the essentials, a second bathroom designed to accommodate large groups, a bedroom complete with all modern comforts in a vibrant, Mediterranean-style color scheme, and finally, a significantly larger bedroom decorated in light, elegant tones inspired by the colors of our region. In addition, our guests can enjoy a spacious terrace with a relaxation area.
ACIREALE
Acireale, known as “the city of a hundred bells,” is located halfway along the eastern Ionian coast and is famous for its Baroque architecture, the natural beauty of the “Timpa,” and its seaside villages such as Santa Maria la Scala, Acitrezza, and Acicastello. Another unique attraction of the city is the “Most Beautiful Carnival in Sicily,” considered the third-best in Italy for its allegorical and grotesque papier-mâché floats.
LOCATION IN SICILY
The property’s strategic location allows for easy and quick access to Sicily’s top tourist destinations, such as: Europe’s highest active volcano, “Etna”; the charming town of Taormina, described by the poet Goethe as “a corner of paradise on earth” due to the unique beauty of the Isola Bella and its Greek theater; Catania, the majestic Baroque city with its cathedral overlooking Piazza Duomo, where the famous Elephant Fountain—the city’s symbol—stands out. The province of Syracuse, described as “the most beautiful city of Magna Graecia,” bears the cultural hallmarks of the Greek era. Don’t miss the islet of Ortigia, the oldest part of Syracuse, permanently connected by two bridges that are also accessible by car. Moving toward the western coast, we find Agrigento with the “Valley of the Temples” archaeological park, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Paid excursions are available.
