LEONA'S CENTRAL LAPAD SUITE

Welcome to our one-bedroom apartment, perfect for couples, families with kids, or small groups of friends! Apartment is located a short walk away from the Lapad promenade, beach, cinema, supermarket, and local fresh market.
The bedroom features a spacious and comfortable double bed, along with a wardrobe and a TV. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cooking, and the private terrace with a garden is the ideal spot to enjoy. If your group includes more than two people there is convirtable sofa bed —either a double or two singles, depending on your preference!
You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself Free parking is also included, along with access to your own private terrace and garden.

Lapad is part of Dubrovnik (actually the peninsula) situated just a few kilometers away from Old Town. The connection with an Old Town is very good and the bus goes very frequently. It is a relatively new part of Dubrovnik compared to the history of the Old town. In the past, it was the residence of local merchants and nobility but now it is becoming the biggest residential part of Dubrovnik. The majority of hotels and villas are situated in this part of Dubrovnik.
Lapad, the area with lots of good restaurants, places to stay, pedestrian areas, and beautiful beaches with magnificent sunsets. Not so crowded as in the Old Town but only 10 min away by a local bus it represents the perfect place to stay.

This is a wonderful location for a family and for the value. I would stay here again.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the promenade of Lapad and it's beautiful. There are restaurants and cafes as well as easy public transit to the old town.

Parking availability very important in an overcrowded city and proximity of: bus stop to go to the old town (number 6), of port from which boats depart and supermarket.

Our host allowed us to check in early, as soon as the cleaning was completed from the previous guest, which was very much appreciated!The VRBO was very clean, roomy, good wi-fi & air conditioning. We used the washing machine several times (laundry soap was provided!) and the drying rack outside which worked well. Bed was comfortable and tons of storage space in the room.The kitchen was well equipped and the communication with our host was good! Really liked staying in this area - tons of restaurants and bakeries within easy walking distance, and the marina and the beach were both easily accessible. Bus stops were very close by as well which we used several times to get to Old Town. There is a nice big patio - it was a little noisy at times with traffic, but we are used to that, so really didn’t bother us. Could not hear any of the noise inside and we slept well! Would highly recommend this VRBO.

Great location, lovely balcony

It is very spacious with a lovely balcony and a great location. Free parking is available. The bed is comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, including kitchenware, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Really good host. Always ready to reply any question and help if needed. Its a very central place close to beach, walking street and nice restaurants. Public transportation is walking distance. Overall Can highly recommend this place.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We really loved our stay here! It’s located right next to a lot of restaurants (you will find restaurants in all directions), it’s a 10min walk to the best beach in Dubrovnik (Sunset beach), and you can take an Uber for 40HRK (5€) into the old town! The apartment was big, we had everything that we needed and the air condition was really good! The terrace was absolutely lovely and I would truly recommend this place to anyone!

Major-league holiday!

Very nice apartment. It has all the equipment you need for a short or long stay. Great location (restaurants, shops, bus stops, etc. nearby). They allowed us to check-in early. Smooth communication. I recommend.

Extraordinary journey!

Great apartment with beautiful private garden terrace as shown in pictures. Fully equipped kitchen. Excellent service and staff who responded and sent service man immediately on request on two occasions. Highly recommend this apartment.

- The location is ideal for two people: there is a store and a butcher shop nearby. - The beach is a 12 minute walk away. - The apartment has dishes. - The apartment has air conditioning, which makes the stay comfortable.

Good location for beaches

The appartement is located near several beaches (700m to 1km) There are food stores, restaurants, bars in walking distance. The old city is 3,5km far, but local buses can be taken, bus stop is very near. There are air conditioners in both rooms, and a proper size of TV. The owner is extremely responsive. There is dedicated parking spot for the appartement in a safe place. There are plenty of space for cloths. We liked the balcony, but unfortunately there were only 2 chairs.

Not really a VRBO by owner!

We have used VRBO on numerous trips and this is first time we were NOT received by a person who not only welcomed us but spent significant time with us. We always look forward to the enthusiasm of the host/owner detailing key features and local guidance for our visit. The residence was as described and very clean . It was a bit shopworn and the bedding was third class. Communication was only through WhatsApp. We requested info re the washing machine and got a product manufacturers manual to navigate the machine. Small welcoming touches were non-existent. Turns out this is managed by a group who care for 69 properties. We did enjoy our visit to Dubrovnik.

From booking time it was visible that we only have self check in as that showed as easier for us and guests avoiding long waiting hours and more freedom for guests not to arrive in specific arrival time. We provided everything as listed. Our bed linen is saten, for all others we are sorry for not meeting your expectations.

Brilliant service!

Estuvimos poco tiempo en la casa, habia mucjo que hacer fuera, pero valoré positivamente lo espacioso que era el apartamento, que tuviera terraza, que tuviera mosquiteras, cocina bien equipada y aire acondicionado aunque apenas lo pusimos el dia de la marcha. Martina resolvía bien nuestras dudas, ha sido un bonito viaje con mi hijo y la casa nos ha permitido descansar bien y organizarnos. La recomiendo.

Great stay!

Das Apartment verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Es war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Busstation ist nur ca. 4 Gehminuten entfernt, man kommt schnell ins Zentrum, also ideal für Stadtbesichtigung. Wir hatten zwar Schwierigkeiten, das richtige Haus zu finden, hatten leider die PDF Datei mit Instruktionen übersehen. Telefonisch bekamen wir aber schnell Unterstützung. Nur die Strasse war tagsüber laut, nachts jedoch ruhig. Sonst alles super.
