Glorious residence!

Lovely stay in Dubrovnik! Great location, comfortable accommodation, and a very pleasant overall experience. The place was clean, welcoming, and made our trip easy and enjoyable. Would happily stay here again when visiting Dubrovnik. The Hosts were really accommodating as we had to attend our kid being unwell due to dehydration, and we couldn’t leave the place in the best way we wanted too. But the team understood our condition and empathized.

Outstanding views, clean, comfortable and worth it all

Fantastic views, clean and Comfortable, the view comes at the price of hundreds of steps but it’s was worth it for the view! We loved our stay was brilliant value for money and we definitely would go back

Very clean property in a nice location. The host was very friendly and the accommodation had everything we needed. The shower was hot and powerful, and the bed was very comfy. We enjoyed the outside space and the views over the water. Would recommend.

Extraordinary journey!

This apartment is outside Dubrovnik Old Town by the best beach. The view from the apartment is wonderful. Highly recommend.

Clean, modern studio with all the facilities you need. Great communication from the management company with really well thought through instructions for finding and getting into the studio.

Nice apartment

The apartment is a nice size, powerful shower, great air-conditioning and WiFi. Good communication from the host on directions prior to arriving. It's a quiet location for peaceful sleep. The welcome beers in the fridge were appreciated.

This studio apartment was in a nice area of Dubrovnik with wonderful restaurants. To visit the old town it did require an Uber ride, but those were easy to order. We loved the view from our patio!The only challenge we found was understanding the main mode of communication. We recieved messaged via email, were watching the VRBO app messaging tool, and were asked to send information via WhatsApp. This became challenging when we were waiting for our check-in notification because we were checking email and the VRBO app, not realizing that messages were being sent via WhatsApp. Once we knew that communication would be through WhatsApp, communication was smooth and responsive. The hosts were great; they checked in on us to make sure all was well, brought us extra towels and sheets (we spilled suntan lotion on our pillowcase), and check the shower that was drianing slowly.

Was private, especially apartment 4, with no passing neighbours. Asked for new towels, was available immediately. Mid stay clean and bedding. Immaculate. Was offered to stay in the apartment longer as we had a later flight.

Would definitely stay again.

Exactly as described. Very good value for money and well located. Down a couple of sets of steps down to the sea front and sunset beach. All of the hosts we met were lovely and very helpful throughout our few days in Lapad. If you want a good room with access to lots of areas and want to focus on exploring and sightseeing, then this is way better than a hotel and does everything you need it to.

Great view, a comfortable bed and within walking distance (uphill on the way back) of beaches etc.

The view from the balcony is beautiful and it is in a very safe location, especially if you are travelling on your own, as I was. Dragan was most helpful and the apartment is ten mins from Sunset beach, shops and restaurants. Be mindful, though, that there are steps and/or hills to navigate on your way back and could prove difficult if mobility is an issue.

Really enjoyable!

Location is excellent, lots of restaurants and cafe locally and very close to the beach. 5-10 minutes in to the old town on bus which comes very regularly. Location is quiet and peaceful and apartment was spotlessly clean. It has a well equipped small kitchen so we were able to able cook breakfast for a day of exploring. There are amazing views from the balcony! Good air con as well so the apartment was nice and cool.

A great base to experience Dubrovnik from

Your chosen taxi service drives practically straight to the front door. Even though we were doing self-check-in our friendly host was on the spot to make us feel welcome. The room was cozy, extremely clean, and had a little kitchen with utensils. We had the upstair room with corner balcony, and the view and the surroundings of the balcony were so nice we could have spent the whole vacation just sitting there. The room also had excellent blackout curtains. We had a great time here, and were sad to leave. Would definitely visit again!
