This family very comfortable villa with large private pool and spacious pool terrace, is situated in an excellent part of the popular Coral Bay with its beaches and amenities and just a short walk (7-8 minute - 2 min drive) to the main street of the resort.

The villa is a private heaven surrounded by beautiful green banana plantations and fruit orchards and boasts complete privacy to the guests and views of the blue Med Sea.

OUTSIDE: are the private swimming pool with roman steps, the built-in barbecue, the shady furnished comfortable seating area, and the lovely garden. A long Private gated driveway leads to the entrance.

The modern villa provides a table tennis table and a hammock. Wifi is also available.

The villa arranged in 2 levels:

DOWNSTAIRS: the large and elegant living area, the fully equipped kitchen and utility room, the 1st double bedroom and a shower room adjacent to the double bedroom.

UPSTAIRS: are the remaining 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin). The spacious master double bedroom en-suite with access to a large shared balcony with sea and mountain views, the two comfortable twin bedrooms both en-suites. The one twin bedroom has access to a private balcony and the other twin bedroom sharing the same balcony with the master bedroom.

Parking place for 4 cars is available.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and living area is available, The air in bedrooms is included in the rental cost. The units (2) in the sitting area and the kitchen charge extra EURO 20 per day/payable locally.
