We found Sharon and Pauls property was perfect for our family stay. Equipped with everything required together with a perfect size pool. Great views over Paphos and walking distance to supermarket, friendly bars and excellent tavernas in Peyia. Great communications and instructions. Would recommend.

Great Villa, huge pool

Really lovely villa that is well equipped with everything you need and a huge pool. Great location too being quiet and also close to everything.

The property was lovely and had superb views. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the table tennis table. Local bars and restaurants are only a 15 minute walk. We had a brilliant time.

Lovely villa in wonderful Cyprus

Possibly the best villa we’ve ever rented. Loads of space, really well designed, clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to be slightly closer to Peyia centre but the villa itself was great. Lots of restaurants, beaches and sites nearby - a car is essential but plenty to see and do when we could drag ourselves away from the fabulous pool!

Lovely villa with amazing outdoor space

We had a wonderful family holiday at Villa Paradeisos. The Villa is spacious and bright, had everything you need for a great stay. The outdoor space is brilliant, large terrace, lovely big pool and beautiful gardens along with lemon and peach trees. Would definitely recommend to other holiday makers. Car is a must.

Lovely location

We absolutely loved this villa, one of the best we’ve stayed in, we had a couple of problems that the owners sorted straight away. Location is great, so quiet and wonderful views. Could do with a little updating of fixtures in showers and an extra freezer in utility room. Would also benefit from an outside fan on veranda from lounge, but we were there in a heatwave and that would be our personal choice. Would definitely stay again.

Brilliant

This was our 2nd time staying at this villa and once again it didn’t disappoint, spacious, comfortable, ideal peaceful location, although you definitely need to hire a car, gorgeous pool which got a lot of use ! Still the best villa we’ve stayed at. Good communication with owners .

Fabulous birthday treat

Property is amazing. Everything you could need and more. Need a car to get about. Pool is heated. Toys, books and inflatables for everyone. Owners are very friendly and quick to respond when needed. Costas the pool cleaner is a legend. Very friendly and helpful. He had lots of funny stories to tell you! Would recommend Peggy's Bar for cocktails. Had a birthday meal at Seriani's restaurant. Amazing steak. Yannis is a very knowledgeable taxi driver who read also very friendly. Costs about euros 15 to get to Coral Bay. Would definitely recommend the villa for your stay. Hope to go again

Peyia lovely 4 bedrooms villa with amazing views, lovely deep pool, with gorgeous lemon trees.

We stayed here for 10 days. The villa is located near Peyia village- 8 minute walk away. Has nice resturants and a handful of bars. The beach is about 4 km, straight down the hill. There is plenty to do- horse riding, ship wrecks, sea caves, lovely beaches, Akamas national park and coral bay strip all within about a 5 km of the villa- i seen a turtle swim past me🐢 at Laura beach, amazing!! Paphos is a about ~20 minute drive with a bus running from coral bay. Latchi is a lovely harbour worth visiting too. The Villa is located at the top of Peyia so it gives you panaramic views of the sea, from 3 bedrooms and the grounds are lovely with lemon trees, palm trees and lovely planted flowers. Plenty of off road parking and a very large garage that has a ping pong table. The pool is great for swimming and cooling off, with a BBQ located at the side near the kitchen. Location I would recommend a car tbh, but taxis to villa range about 14 euro to coral bay. Its a nice spot, i fully recommend it. 👌

The host was really quick at responding at all times. Any questions they are answered and sorted for us. The only issue was there didnt seem to an actual address...that could be user error. We had very well detailed instructions for directions and used mythreewords which was very helpful. The parking is ample. The house is lovely and the view is stunning. The rooms are clean and tidy and ample of everything you need. The WiFi is fair use so you need to be careful with how much you use it, however my two boys spent most the time in the pool so this wasn't an issue. The pool is deep. We were advised before we came out that the side of the pool needed repair and that it would be done once we had left. It wasn't an issue. We used the umbrellas and sun chairs. There isn't a lot of shade by the pool so make sure you top up the sun cream. It is very warm. The kitchen is big and there are two fridges (one for drinks). The oven requires patients. It does work and does cook ok, but it requires time and watching like a hawk or things will burn.There is an undercounter freezer.The washing machine works well and is easy to use. The floors do get slippy if you have any water on them, so make sure you are careful.We did struggle with the showers, but we admit that was our own doing. We didnt realise the boost button wasn't the only button/switch to be used. There is a light switch button at the top of the stairs by the chest and that adds the extra pressure for the shower.

The Villa is a very large, well equipped property. As a family of 5 ranging from 15-80 we had a fantastic time. Pool is amazing, large and we really appreciated the pool heating, as the weather had been quite cool before we arrived. Ping pong table was a hit with the kids and the peach and banana trees a hit with Nanna. The verandas and outside space were fantastic. Lots of places to sit and the views are amazing. The hosts were faultless, great communicators and the process was seamless. We would thoroughly recommend this villa and would love to return.

Gorgeous villa for a peaceful holiday

The villa is even better than the pictures. Spacious and with stunning views, it really is a home from home as the owners have thought of everything. We spent a lovely 2 weeks siteseeing, relaxing and enjoying the island. The pool was lovely- so warm and with a good depth. Restaurants and bars are within a 15 minute walk in Peyia and the Strip in Coral Bay is a 5 minute drive so well situated. A perfect holiday.

Great villa, great location.

We are a retired couple and stayed for eleven weeks, the villa suited us perfectly. Wonderfull views over Coral Bay and Pegeia is a nice characterful village. Great swimming pool and gardens, well equipped and very comfortable to live in.

Beautiful villa

To start with we were uncertain of what was required of us to be able to fly without issue. Paul and Sharon were fantastic with their communication and advice which made it a lot easier. Check in was nice and simple and we were advised in advance what to do. The villa is in a beautiful location. Stunning views and lovely and quiet but with the added benefit of being close to all the amenities. A fantastic size pool made the kids very happy and they spent hours in it. We had everything we needed with very helpful hosts.

Peyia Villa

Nice Villa with spectacular views of coast and mountains. Good location for us, however, a car is critical to holiday here and you will also need a taxi to go out for a meal.

Family holiday

We had a lovely family holiday with children aged between 2 and 15. The house is spacious and comfortable and the pool is fabulous . Everybody involved with the house was very helpful and there was a lovely welcome pack with cold drinks waiting for us on our arrival. We would love to come back next summer. Absolutely Beautiful!!!

It is such a peaceful and tranquil place. The garden is beautiful and the views are amazing. I thoroughly recommend this villa for recharging your batteries. I would definitely love to stay again.

Beautiful grounds

The villa is lovely and spacious and set in beautiful grounds. Large kitchen with all facilities, plenty of seating around the villa. Bedrooms are ample sized and kept lovely and cool by the AC. The pool is a good size, clean and kept very warm by the sun, some days it was like getting into the bath. The jasmine plant around the pool gives off a lovely floral scent whilst you're floating around, bliss. Papantonio bakeries on the way back out of Peyia sells delicious strawberry tarts and carrot cake. The old cinema at the top of Peyia makes lovely pork kebabs. A car is definitely required.

Fabulous venue for an amazing holiday

The house was well appointed and scrupulously clean on our arrival. The highlight was the 10x5m pool which was kept crystal clear throughout our 3 week stay and was a wonderful temperature. There was nothing Sharon could have improved upon, there was even immediate response to my query texts I sent her. Sharon even helped to arrange our car hire , in short she helped us have the most wonderful family holiday. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone!
