Mit sted er på tværs af gaden fra en af Newports bedste surfingstrande og tæt på fantastisk udsigt, restauranter og spisning, familievenlige aktiviteter og natteliv. Du vil elske mit sted på grund af strand, kvarter og en afslappende, bekymringsfri livsstil. Mit sted er fantastisk til familier, børn, par, solo-eventyrere, forretningsrejsende og enhver, der vil leve strandlivet.

Min 3bdrm / 2bath er nyrenoveret med flisegulve, nye badeværelser, genopbygget køkken med bordplader af granit, forsænket belysning, stor front møbleret gårdhave med grill og gratis vaskemaskine og tørretumbler på stedet.

Huset ligger på den nordlige del af Newport Beach-halvøen (lige ved krydset mellem orange og PCH). Den unikke beliggenhed er hjemsted for to (2) af Newport Beach mest berømte surfpladser (56. st. Og flodmundingen), flere klassiske restauranter og strandbutikker, kajaksejlads i bagbugten og tilbyder en mere ret og afslappet version af Newport Strandboende, mens den stadig befinder sig i nærheden af al handlingen i den sydlige del af halvøen.

Den unikke beliggenhed gør det muligt for en at få en god nats søvn, finde parkering med lethed, nyde stranden, gå eller cykle til hele Newport Beach natteliv og er i nærheden af både motorvej 405 og 55 for dem, der arbejde eller rejse uden for Newport Beach. Kvarteret er også perfekt til familier med børn, da der er mange parker og legepladser inden for få gåafstand.

Great house in a great location!!!! Right across the street from the beach(5 min walk). Easily handled my big family(9 adults).Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Steps from the Ocean – Amazing Stay!

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the ocean, which made for the perfect getaway. The house had everything we needed, was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for everyone. Parking was super convenient, which made things even easier. We truly enjoyed every moment and wouldn’t change a thing. We’ll definitely be back and would gladly stay here again!

Very nice and large enough for many people. Close to beach. There were a few minor issues. The master bedroom bathroom door would not close or lock, middle bathroom toilet keeps running, no screen on sliding door. These are minor issues with an easy fix. Still, we had a great time and the owner was communicative and responded quickly to us. We had a great time and would come back. I would very much recommend this place. Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect stay!

We enjoyed our visit! The house was very spacious and clean! The location was perfect. One block from the beach and less than 20 miles to Disney. Leo made the process easy and was attentive.

I had the best time staying at this property. It was clean and had everything I needed! The place was also located next to restaurants that I could walk to easily. I’ll definitely be back!

The house is cozy and the location is perfect. Just one block from the beach.

The experience was great. Leo is an responsive and nice host. The neighborhood is quite and the beach is open without the crowd of other beaches in Newport.

Wonderful Stay

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachside Vrbo. The location couldn't have been more perfect, just steps from the sand. The sound of the waves in the morning and the stunning sunsets in the evening made this place truly magical. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed. The host was incredibly accommodating and made our stay a breeze. I can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise!

All the doors stick could be due to the ocean, upstairs tenants noisy, beds very squeaky, master bedroom bathroom door doesn’t close, suggest screen door to the patio to avoid flies and sliding door very hard to close. And smoke detector no batteries. Other than that a 3 star rating. Thank you for allowing us to stay

Great place, parking, not so much

Good location , nice place, the only downside to this property is the parking situation, especially on Mondays and Tuesdays when the sweeper comes by. It is close to the beach but there’s like a highway you have to cross to get there. Overall we had a great stay for the price

Highly recommend

Home is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, plenty of space for a small group. Comfortable beds and quality appliances/fixtures throughout the house. Host was communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend.

We really did have wonderful weekend. Location was great. Walking distance to the beach with nearby restroom, coffee shop, liquor store just around the corner that was very convenient. The master bathroom door did not close shut which made it a bit difficult for privacy. The patio light did not turn on which made it a little difficult to enjoy in the evening. The washer and dryer we did have to share with the Tenants upstairs as they seem to be using them throughout our stay. There wasn’ta screen on the patio door to keep the flies and mosquitoes out.Overall, though it was clean and I would book again.

local get away

The property was nice and clean. The location was not bad but the parking was difficult. It would have been easier is we could use the garage to park. The walk to the beach was really easy no complaints. It was also really close to Main Street in HB so plenty of things to do and eat. The neighbors were really nice and welcoming. It was great there was a BBQ on the patio as well we enjoyed that.

Great Location!!! Beach is literally across the street, within walking distance, which made it easy to carry our things to the beach without losing our parking. Parking is a little tricky as it is a neighborhood and they have to park as well, so no assigned parking. The place was accommodating to our group, spacious and roomy. Because there is no AC in the unit, the windows and doors need to be open for that cool ocean breeze. The only downfall to this is the traffic noise throughout the night and no private conversations. Leo the host was quick in responding to questions. There was a little issue with the ice machine, I reached out and he had his maintenance man there to rectify the problem.

Really great quieter part of newport right by the beach

First off, Leo was what you think of for a host, attending to any inquiries, a well thought out check in message, knowledgeable about the area, and specifics about the place itself. The space was well designed out, comfortable, super clean, modern, and everything worked well. This location is just a 4 min walk to the beach, and there’s a great coffee place down the street with delicious breakfast burritos. Worth it!

Little Spot by The Sea

I booked this beach house for my friends and I to stay in for the weekend because it was right by the water located in a lovely spot in Newport. Overall, my friends and I had a really good time hanging out at the house and we enjoyed being able to talk a two minute walk to the beach and back. We made a lot of really great memories while staying here and we would definitely do this again! Leo responded very quickly to any inquiries or concerns I had, and I greatly appreciated that. Leo really cares about your stay and will not leave you high and dry. I can’t wait to get back to CA again! Thank you Leo for being a great host!
