You'll find this apartment on the top floor after climbing up the narrow stairs common in houses in the Old Town. It is decorated colourfully with many fun details. The loft has a double bed (140 cm) and a television.

The living room has one sofa bed (90×190 cm), a coffee table, an AC, and several seating opportunities. You have a direct entrance to a beautiful big balcony with a fantastic view of the sea and Cap Ferrat.

On the same floor, there is a kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The street Baron de Brès is conveniently close to the beach, shops, markets, and restaurants. Next to the beach, there is a train station with regular local traffic, which runs east through Monaco to Ventimiglia in Italy and westwards to Nice, through Cannes all the way to Saint-Raphaël.

What a view! It doesn't get much better than this!!! The apartment was spacious enough for 2 people with 4 suitcases. We had been traveling in various regions of France and Villefranche was our final destination. It was the perfect place to end a long trip. Everything within walking distance: beautiful beaches for swimming, great restaurants, wine bars, market, shops, etc. It's a charming place. Audrey was wonderful to work with. We appreciated her patience as the apartment is difficult to find even with GPS. I don't recommend driving as the roads are very narrow and winding, and parking is hard to find. Just a note there are 47 stairs that get steeper as they go up to get from the ground floor to the 4th floor, but we survived it, even carrying a 45 pound suitcase up. I would do it all again. The view makes it all worthwhile!

We really loved our recent stay at this very quaint little apartment. The decor, the location, the view, and the welcoming host and property manager. Would gladly stay again!

Short walk to the train station, bakery, grocery store, and restaurants, all within 2 minutes of the apartment.

Great Property with Stunning Views

We had an amazing stay in this property. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars within a few footsteps of the front door and yet it is not noisy at night. The property was very clean . Audrey and Jules are fabulous hosts. You will not need a car here as there is a great train service.. we can hardly wait to return

I loved staying in this apartment. The balcony doors open wide for a lovely indoor/outdoor experience with a beautiful view of the bay. The location is great, right in the heart of the old town. The apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues because you must climb about 40 steps to the front door, and then another several steps to the bedroom loft. This was not a problem for me; the steps were worth the lovely view above the other rooftops.Audrey, the property manager was fantastic. She let me into the apartment early on my first day and also let me stay late on my final day. Very much appreciated. She was very easy to communicate with.The apartment was very clean and otherwise pretty much exactly as described.

Villefranche, Old Town, Perch for Two

Charming and unique studio, suitable for a couple. Loads of style and panache. Truly a memorable environment. The view looking out toward Cap Ferrat is unbeatable. Imagine enjoying coffee or wine on the balcony. Brace yourself for the steep climb--lots of narrow and irregular stairs to reach the top floor. If you're a heavy packer, keep looking.

The apartment is indeed located in an old building with history! Imagine what people has walked those stairs throughout the years. It's narrow and steep but very much doable even with a heavy packing.

Very pleasant

A lovely place that’s wonderful to return to ‘earlier’ from a long day in Nice or elsewhere to simply enjoy the view and changing harbour with boats and ships coming and going. Train station close, excellent for exploring local areas from Monaco to Cannes I found out there were lots of stairs … cars can’t reach the door so expect a walk up or down (depending where your dropped) with luggage for about 3 - 5 minutes and then up more stairs to the top floor. Which is very much worth it. The neighbourhood is vibrant with restaurants and a supermarket close by. Can get a bit noisy in the evenings (even Sunday and Monday!) with happy diners often around till midnight. Was a very warm welcome and lovely ‘check in’
