Welcome to Avon View, a stunning and unique villa nestled on the edge of the New Forest, just 8 miles from Bournemouth Beach. This luxurious retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation, adventure, and privacy—set within 1.5 acres of gated grounds with breathtaking Avon Valley views and no immediate neighbors.

We had the most fantastic 3 night stay - 15 of us & a dog. The house was spectular, kitchen fully equipped, large lounge and very spacious and comfortable for us all. 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus 3 bedrooms in the out house. Now to start with the games room - we utilised this daily night & day, with enough games to cater for us all. The host, Timo was extremely helpful and welcomed us upon arrival, always on the end of the phone if we had any queries. We will be back we had an amazing time! Thanks

We enjoyed a lovely week’s break with the family. The house is very well equipped, and has enough to keep you busy without needing to leave. Communication with the host during the stay was excellence. The pool is a safe depth for children and a comfortable temperature. Very clean and well maintained house and gardens, and very secure with gated access, outside lights and CCTV. Would definitely recommend and we’ll be visiting again with the family.

I’ve just returned from this beautiful property, it had all a family would want , swimming pool,hot tub, games room.it was convenient to new forest,we aged between 85 to1 years of age,all where cater for.From the games in the games room to the games in the house, the utilities in the kitchen and the good size bedrooms. not to mention the barbecue,and the ability to have an open fire while barbecuing,since it’s been pouring down with rain.

We had an excellent time here with the family. The facilities were great and the house lends itself to a family holiday. Only slight downside was the traffic noise from the A31. We were well looked after by Timo who sorted any little problems quickly. We would love to return one day.

We just got back from a flawless stay at the property. We couldn't have asked for a better trip. From location to facilities to cleanliness we can't fault it!We were greeted by Timo who provided fantastic support to us the whole trip and before booking. The house was very clean and the grounds spotless too.The pool was the perfect size and Timo explained how to use the cover along with the hot tub. The kitchen has state of the art facilities and there were plenty of bathrooms for the 12 of us to use. Wifi was perfect and we had no issues with signal.Can't wait to come back as we had an absolutely lovely time!

Excellent house and grounds

Terrific property - lots of space - very well appointed and finished. Great kitchen, Four good bedrooms. Plot is huge and private - tennis court is very nice and our daughters loved the hot tub. Nice outside barbecue area that we used to meet some friends. Great indoor games room when it rained.

We had a lovely stay at Avon View. Timo was on hand to resolve the initial niggles and from then it was smooth sailing. The kids loved the pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub, games and cinema room. The snooker table in particular was a hit, not many properties offer a full size table. The only minor critiques would be one of the ensuites needs some hooks as its quite small with limited storage space, and the bedroom next to the kitchen is not that insulated from the noise. Back to good points, location is great, easy drive to the village and within delivery range for a lot of restaurants. We would happily stay again.

We loved our family's stay at Avon View. The house was large and had all the amenities needed for a wonderful holiday for a large family, with the highlights for us being the pool, spa and large garden. Susanna the owner communicated promptly and helpfully before our stay and Timo the Property Manager was there when we needed support and was extremely friendly. The house itself was extremely well appointed and we really appreciated the small touches that made life simpler, like the supply of coffee and barbecue fuel. Would highly recommend for a large group.

Cousins and family get together

The property is wonderful for a gathering of mixed generations. Close to the coast but not particularly necessary as the facilities on the property are fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, game’s room, two tv lounges, bbq, outdoor eating and fire area with log pile. Vast garden with lots of play areas….. what’s not to love….

We had an excellent stay, The house was perfect for our group , open plan great for crawling babies and toddlers, we loved the outside amenities super safe cover on pool, tennis courts, superb games room and so much outdoor space, not forgetting the hot tub and covered outdoor bbq area. Great communication with Timo, would definitely suggest visiting nearby Moors country park 10 mins drive away, Great location would love to return some time in the future , also if you put in Matchams view point in your satnav you will have no problems finding it

New Forest holiday cottage

We had a great stay. The property is comfortable and well-equipped, with plenty of areas both indoors and outside for eating and relaxing. The facilities are fantastic - an outdoor pool (heating on but still rather chilly), jacuzzi, tennis court and a separate games room with snooker and pool tables, darts, fussball and cinema room! A shame that the main road is so close, but good quality double glazing meant that we weren’t disturbed by traffic noise overnight. Otherwise an ideal location for the New Forest and the coast around Bournemouth. Directions to the property were clear and we were welcomed and shown round when we arrived. There has clearly been some recent redecoration and still some minor snagging needed, but this did not detract from a wonderful stay.

Family weekend

Great property, ideal for families with children over 7. Great pool, tennis court, games room, film room. Our four grandchildren made use of all of them and loved it. Quite difficult to find even with sat nav, would have been nice to have clear directions.

Lovely break.

This was a great property in a superb location. The fact that there is so much space in the house, grounds and outbuildings meant that every individual in the group was able to relax and enjoy the ample facilities. The only slight disappointment was that the swimming pool was too cold for our toddler but I do understand the difficulty and expense of heating an outdoor pool at this time of year.

An amazing place to stay!

We visited the property as 3 families to celebrate a milestone birthday. We had such a lovely time staying at this beautiful property. It really does have everything you could wish for. There was so much space in both the property and the grounds that we could all come together as a group but could just as easily have some time out if you needed it. Swimming Pool and hot tub were brilliant and lovely and warm and the outdoor eating area is fantastic. We would love to come back and stay again!

Our holiday letting service focuses on delivering family holidays with a superior customer experience: we supervise guest changeovers, we are onsite to welcome guests personally and we are available to assist on any matters that may arise during your stay.

Location, location, location! When we found Avon View with its exclusive hilltop location near Avon Castle and amazing facilities we knew we had found something special. We immediately fell in love with the place. Our vision was to create another exclusive holiday home for family get-together's. Central to our holiday proposition is a home where a family group of different ages can come together, providing rooms and space for everyone to be able to have their own peace and quiet. We continue to invest in the property to continuously improve the holiday experience. Please come and create new and wonderful memories at our stunning property!

Our property is situated in an exclusive and private location only 30 meters from a local hill top viewing point near Avon Castle. We are only 7 miles from Bournemouth Beach and 3 miles from the market town of Ringwood.

The property is luxurious family home with spacious interiors, bedroom and bathrooms, and the property enjoys a very large gated and private garden with a pool and hot tub!

The property has a large jacuzzi available all year round, a large sun terrace, an outdoor Pavilion with outdoor fireplace, and a conservatory with views into the spacious and enclosed private garden, which backs onto Conservation Woodland, and is only 30 meters from the View Point over Avon Valley. The garden has a private full sized tennis court and provides plenty of space for outdoor games and activities for children and adults. The summer house has second large screen TV for those popcorn movie nights. We also have a pond with residential Koi fish!

We have also converted the double garage into a Games Room with professional 7 foot pool table and table tennis giving another new focal point for the family holiday.
