Dette område er et paradis for fuglelskere. Du vil ikke trætte af at se de mange fuglearter lige foran huset eller fiske på de nærliggende North Jetties. Med alle moderne apparater, inklusive centralvarme / luft, plade, delet tæppe, mikroovn, opvaskemaskine, video, satellit-tv, DVD, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler, har dette hus det hele. 3 af soveværelserne har kingsize senge og det 4. soveværelse har 2 dronninger. Rygning ikke tilladt og kæledyr (Lille kæledyr - Ingen katte). Sætter ved siden af den historiske Fort Travis Park, hvor du kan nyde naturstien og udforske parken. Perfect Spot

The house was beautiful and spacious. Was in a great area, easy to get to Galveston and Crystal Beach! The house was not properly cleaned before arrival, but overall the beds were great and all rooms had King size mattresses.

The house was spacious and well furnished. The location at the end of the road in the end of the peninsula was perfect for us trying to escape the hustle and bustle of busy/crowded beaches. This property was in a great location the birds were unbelievably beautiful and the sounds and it's just a beautiful home if the rain would have stayed away it would have made a perfect weekend in the cold of course but besides that that's the only complaint I had cold and wet

Location was perfect

The location was amazing - I love to watch the ships and it was an amazing location for that and there was always people out fishing while we were there so I'm sure that if you like to fish this would be an ideal spot. The house was very nice and has 4 bedrooms all with king beds, the kitchen was well appointed and the house was really cute with the beach decor. I was a little disappointed that there is not a gate at the top of the stairs - this would have been helpful as we were traveling with my dogs and some of the lights downstairs were not working. Overall it was a great stay.

Reviewer Comments: Location was good and the House was clean, the only complaint I have is that we lost power Saturday evening about 5pm and we had to pick up and leave. We lost Saturday evening and night as well as Sunday morning to enjoy the weekend.

the house was great

was met by two dying roaches in the hall. the comforters need cleaning. Need to trim a path to the beach! loved the back covered porch and the views. since we were a small group there were enough chairs. we spent most of our time on the porch. would advise a gate on the stairs. overall we loved the place after we removed the roaches. you only get one toilet paper roll per bathroom. had to go buy more. no dish soap or laundry soap.

The location was ideal, just steps from the beach, which made it super easy for the kids to come and go throughout the day. The sunrise and sunset views were absolutely stunning.The home was clean and thoughtfully prepared. I really appreciated that the towels and sheets were individually wrapped, so we knew they were freshly laundered. Making the beds ourselves with clean linens was a nice touch for that added peace of mind.We did notice a few dead insects during our stay, but after speaking with management, they explained it was due to a recent preventative spray, which made sense and was reassuring. Since the home is pet-friendly—a feature we genuinely value—there was some lingering pet hair, especially on the furniture and floors. A deeper clean between pet stays would help keep the space feeling fresh for everyone.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and it was so convenient to have leftover seasonings and coffee filters available. The management team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay.One thing to keep in mind: we did need to take a ferry to reach the home, so it’s worth factoring that into your arrival plans if you will need to do the same.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely love to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great cabin. Great weather. Only problem (which is not Swedes fault at all) was Entergy. The power was shut off for hours 4 of the 7 days we were there. Hopefully they will fix these ongoing outages on the peninsula for good. Overall, a good week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed the house! I did have to run off a couple walking across the yard. The beachfront is behind a row of bamboo now so you can't see the beach, just the ocean. Fishermen and their families parked right in front of the house over the weekend. During the week we had it all to ourselves and enjoyed it! Wish list: something stable to walk over the dune and safe from bamboo (a mom and child fell corssing). A second refrigerator would be amazing since we had a full house and do not go to Galveston for food when we come.

Needs a good deep cleaning. Ceiling fans are think with dust. Kitchen cabinets need a good cleaning especially across from the stove and handle area. Raccoon poop on deck.You could tell been there awhile had to make a dash to the dollar store for toilet paper and hand soap for bathrooms

Awesome view

House was very nice. We enjoyed our stay. The beach area in front of the house was littered with trash and various people camping out but that's not the fault of the property. Still one of the nicest houses we've rented.
