Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Second time booking this house this year. Still love everything about it. Also, they updated the patio just this year and it’s a huge upgrade especially when you have a small child that can’t stop touching everything around them. We love this house and you can tell the owners love it - it’s clean, organized and the little helpful notes all around are so cute.

Nice stay!

Well kept property, very close to beach, futon sleeper beds very comfortable, lots of extras(gas grill, big porch, lots of under house parking, outdoor showers, etc.)

Terrific beach house

I so enjoyed my stay at Crew Rest. Roomy and perfect location. Check in was a breeze and it far exceeded my expectations.

Everything was great ! Check in was so flexible, easy and convenient!

Family Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin is small but still manages to be spacious in the common areas like the open concept living room-kitchen. It was perfect for our small family of 3 but could easily keep a larger family comfy. The house is clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a great beach trip. The beach is a short walk or drive. There were games and toys and books available to borrow which we thought was a cute touch. The only thing that might be difficult for some is the lack of storage in bedrooms and kitchen but that’s minor compared to all the great things about this rental.

went good checked in on Friday and about 3:00 am power shut off till Saturday and had to leave no power so we left at about 3:00 pm . Lost a day with out refund for last day staying . Other than that it went well

Good family home

We liked the property as far as location and layout. The amenities were fine... Although the no linens issue is a bummer. We had to bring all sheets and towels. However, the only real negative was that beds were all terrible. All the beds need a new mattress, mattress pad and comforter.

Good but not great

We've rented many homes through VRBO before. This is the first time the description.was misleading. Apparently there was a linen package, $100 plus tax for linens but there was no option when booking the reservation and it was not mentioned in the description either. Only until after I booked the house then it was mentioned in the confirmation email. Also, the cinfirmation email stated that check out was before 4, which i thought it was weird but it was actually before 11. Other than that the house is small and cozy and perfect location.

The AC was beyond a champ during the daytime. The extras that are at the house were a nice surprise and much needed as we somehow forgot shampoo and there was a stash of trial sizes that got us through.

Our only complaint would be that the shower in the master bedroom is tiny for people who are talll. Super clean and close to the beach. Reasonable rate.

Perfect Getaway

The check in process was very easy. The house smelled great and for the most part was very clean. It had everything we needed for a nice fun relaxing weekend at the beach. It rained the first day so the games and movie’s definitely came in handy. We will definitely book again!

Cute house, good location

The cleaning and up keep could be improved. Mattress covers need washed after each stay. You could tell they have not been cleaned in some time. We also found cards and trash under the rug in living room. They only other thing to note is the air conditioner seemed to freeze up and we could not get it below 79 in the house. However, the kitchen was stocked and enjoyed the house overall.

Amazing house close to the beach!

The house was adorable and only a few blocks from the beach. The house was set up perfect for our family and the decorations were really cute for the beach. The house was not stocked with anything though. That was the hardest part. If there would have been trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, even 1 roll, would have been nice. The sink sponge was moldy and there was dog hair all over the couch. Besides that we really enjoyed it. We rented a golf cart and that was so fun to ride it on the beach and transport all of our stuff. Overall great place and fun to explore crystal beach.
