This is one of the top properties we have rented with VRBO. The house is immaculately clean, the hosts are super receptive and kind, the towels are better than mine at home…so soft and thick!, the kitchen is set up for cooking, the host leaves a detailed notebook with all of the appliance instructions included, and St. Ives-Carbis Bay is a sweet, quaint Cornish town. We came for golf for our husbands, we left with great memories! Did I mention a 180* view of Carbis Bay? This is a perfect rental!

Wonderful house. Spotlessly clean with all amenities. Special thanks for replacing the pool table whilst we were there - much appreciated. Glorious views, weather and house made this the best trip to Cornwall so far!

Hosts were great easy to contact and communication good.The property clean, comfortable and well equipped.The house is in an ideal place easy reach of the bay and walks.We went out during the day and it was always a hit to come back to the hot tub my grandchildren loved it, something different.I have visited Cornwall many times but there is always something different to do you just need to look, this time we parked at Sennen Cove and walked to Lands End it was an interesting walk which we all enjoyed, we also went to St Michael’s mount which we loved and a cream tea at the Lizard, the boys did Go Karting which they said the track was fantastic, a great time was had by all. We found the week flew by and our stay in Carbis bay was very relaxing we would come back and I will recommend to friends.

We stayed as a family of 7, 5 adults and 2 kids and we all loved the house, the hot tube is great, the location is great 5 minutes walk to the train station, a few mins more to the beach, the house its self has loads of space we never felt on top of each other and it’s equipped with everything you need, which is perfect.Neil and Lisa’s communication was excellent and they replied quickly to any questions we had.The views over Carbis bay from the back of the house are amazing, we would book this house again no questions asked.

The house is in a perfect location .house was lovely but the hot tub could off been a little bit cleaner .plus the hosts could off put off the window cleaner and the gardener when we was in the property .nice walk to the beach but a bit off a walk back up hill .

Wonderful vacation!

Excellent location, house and hosts. We visited from the United States and despite some very wet weather we throughly enjoyed our stay in Carbis Bay. We will be back!

Amazing views from this lovely holiday house

We had an amazing week stay at this beautiful house. The views are incredible and just a 5 minute walk to Carbis Bay & a stunning walk along the coastal path to St Ives. Great house, well equipped with everything you need. Fantastic hosts, great communication. Perfect base to explore Cornwall.

Fantastic location and view

Have just enjoyed a really fabulous stay at Supermen Wyn. The location is absolutely prefect.. 5-8 mins tumble down the beach, 5 mins to the station for an easy ride into St Ives and then a clutch of restaurants/cafes within walking distance and a TESCO on your doorstep... And what a view ...

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay Spernen Wyn. The view was fabulous and we had a much needed relaxing week away. With easy access to Carbis Bay beach and the costal path - makes it a perfect location! The hosts were easy to reach, quick to communicate, and very accommodating. We hope to be back soon!

We had the most amazing stay this Easter. We had a last minute change of venue and it was the best decision we made. Neil and Lisa were fantastic with communications. The house was stunning, it really felt like home with everything you would need but with the added bonus of the most stunning views from every room. Great location, near Carbis bay beach so great for walking. They kindly let us bring our 2 little dogs too so we were over the moon that we could stay. We will definitely be back. My favourite holiday home to date. Thanks so much for having us x

Great location

The house is in a great location above the beach. It is just far enough to be above the bustle of Carbis Bay but close enough that even our six-year-old didn’t moan about the daily walk to the beach. The house has a lovely terrace and is very nicely furnished throughout. We had a lovely stay.

Great stay !

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Its very bright & spacious with very comfortable beds . Waking up to the beautiful view of Carbis Bay was gorgeous. We enjoyed the walk down to the beach & the walk back up kept us exercised ! Its a great location. We would definitely love to return !

Great location, property and communication.

Had a lovely 7 day stay at the property. Every facility needed for a longer stay was provided for, location was ideal, views were beautiful and owners were in constant communication with us. Would 100% recommend for all.

Fantastic house in lovely area

We had a wonderful week away in Carbis Bay. The house is immaculate and has such a relaxed feel. The beds are the best we have slept in. There is so much to do in the area and the walk to St Ives was a highlight. Would thoroughly recommend and hopefully will go back.

Fabulous

Simply fantastic house with incredible sea views and a great hot tub which was a joy after days spent walking the coastal path. Hosts were wonderfully accommodating and responsive and made every effort to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Another fabulous stay in Spernen Wyn.

This is a great property. Well fitted throughout. Great location. Glorious view of the bay only 5 mins walk away - but with the drawback of a steep climb back if you're in your 70's!.Thoroughly recommend but please dont book it when we want to come for a third visit next year!!.Excellent host.
