Fantastic Sea View Apartment With Large Balcony

Luxury one bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 4 people . Take advantage of the magnificent panoramic sea and hilltop views whilst relaxing on the oversized balcony with a glass of chilled locally produced wine, fire up the BBQ for Alfresco dining. The apartment is in a secluded position whilst having the benefit of being close to Peyia Village and its local tavernas, shops etc being a 2 minute drive away. Coral Bay Beach and all its amenities is only a 5 minute drive away. The apartment has the allocated parking right outside the front door of the apartment for ease of access.
The bedroom has a king size bed,wardrobe and bedside drawers providing ample storage ,with patio doors leading onto the balcony. The lounge/kitchen area is spacious and well equipped and has two leather sofas, one being a pull down sofa bed. A patio door opens straight onto the balcony where there is ample seating and dining space, great for relaxing and enjoying those fantastic views.

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic apartment. The balcony is huge with several seating areas with comfortable cane furniture, loungers and a table for outside dining. The views down to Coral Bay and the sea were exceptional. The kitchen had everything we needed and the wifi and UK TV worked well. A great trip!

Lovely Apartment

Lovely, clean apartment, exactly as described. We had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would definitely recommend it for a good central base for exploring western Cyprus. The only slight negative is that it is a bit of a hilly work to Peyia, which have the nearest facilities, but the information provided does state that.

Holiday

We have just spent 11 days at this apartment and it was so relaxing. Apartment was good especially for the money. The outside space was good with a fantastic view that you can never get bored with. Car is recommended. Communication with Alyssa was excellent. Thank you Alyssa for a great stay.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic balcony

The apartment was lovely with a large balcony which was well furnished with Sun loungers,and out door furniture. The Sun was on the balcony all day. Didn’t use the pool on this occasion but the area is very nice. I would recommend this apartment for couples or solo travelers only because the bathroom is accessed from the bedroom. I would certainly book it again.

Perfect Apartment

The apartment is modern and clean, with all the amenities needed for a perfect stay.There is plenty of room, and the balcony is very large with amazing views down across the coast of Coral Bay and beyond.Alyssa was an amazing host, great speedy communication!You'll need a hire car if you come to Peyia, to explore and get around, although am sure there are buses and the coast isnt far away.Thanks Alyssa for letting us stay in your amazing apartment, and am 100% sure we will be back sometime :0)Craig balcony

Peyia and marina hilltop

Great location. Large patio overlooking peyia and the sea. Apartment was clean and tidy with all necessary utilities required and provided items catered for late arrivals. The views are overlooking the sea at the front and the hills behind contiribute ,significantly, to the holiday experience. The handbook provided detaisl on how to use accessories and utiliites. Owner was prompt and polite in responding to our needs. Neighbours were friendly and approachable.

Sommer im Herbst

Ende Oktober/Anfang November den Sommer zurückzuholen, das funktioniert in diesem Appartement. Der riesige und ruhige Balkon mit toller Aussicht und wenig besetzten Nachbarappartements war unser bevorzugter Aufenthaltsort, wenn wir denn nicht unterwegs waren. Von daher eine Empfehlung! Luft nach oben hat die Unterkunft, was das Bett angeht. Zudem ist die Ausstattung - ein reeller Essplatz drinnen (den wir nicht brauchten, s. o.) fehlt z. B. - in einigen wenigen Aspekten ergänzungsfähig. In Summe: Uns hat der Aufenthalt dennoch ziemlich gut gefallen.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Der Balkon ist riesig und ein Traum in den heißen Sommermonaten. Man kann sich dort bis spät in die Nacht aufhalten. Das Schwimmbad in der Anlage ist gepflegt und wenig frequentiert. Der nächste Badestrand ist ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im August sehr genossen.

Super Apartment

Having stayed in Pegia many times before, this accommodation is fabulous, situated in the higher part of Pegia , the views are stunning.Everything you need for a stay away from home. The balcony and pool are large and we found it took about 15 minutes to walk to the village for dinner.Thanks to Alyssa for all her help.

Fabulous Panoramic View

Finding the apartment is easy from the instructions provided (I’d recommend the route which goes past the football ground). The apartment is well equipped with a huge terrace which gives a fantastic view over Peyia to the sea. The terrace gets the sun from mid morning until sunset. If you have trouble walking a car is essential as the walk into Peyia takes about 15 minutes with plenty of hills. Once there you will find are several cafes, bars and restaurants. Alternatively Coral Bay is a short drive away where there are numerous restaurants of all types, and an excellent beach just little further on.

Sehr gut eingerichtet. Tolle , riesige Terrasse mit einem Parkplatz unmittelbar vor der Wohnungstüre. Auto nötig, nur kurz Fahrt an die Strände und zu den Restaurants und Geschäften

Nice apartment

Lovely apartment, nice view surprising how quiet it was considering the number of buildings but it was very peaceful. We didn't have any problems at all so never needed to contact anyone. Yes I would recommend this apartment

Lovely spacious apartment with great views

The apartment far exceeded our expectations. It was like a home away from home. Very comfortable and well equipped. The balcony was very large with far reaching views down to the sea and also up into the mountains. Wonderful sunset views also. It was really convenient to be able to park outside the front door. Alyssa was very helpful and informative, before and after booking. Bill was also very helpful and efficient dealing with our queries very promptly. We really appreciated the use of a charcoal BBQ. We would recommend A301 Marina Hilltop and definitely would book again if we decided to holiday in Paphos again. We had a great holiday.

The VIEW!

The views out from the balcony are absolutely stunning, whether you’re enjoying it at breakfast or with a drink in the evening. Just up the road from Coral Bay, or 30 mins from Paphos, it is the perfect base to explore if you’re that way inclined. The pool is lovely, and quite often we had it to ourselves! Fuss free check-in, a contact for any issues whilst we were here, everything was perfect. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Amazing views from Balcony

We stayed from 30/1 until 11/3,The balcony was fantastic,with great outdoor furniture,to suit all your needs,The BBQ was spotless,which we did not use as not fans of this style of cooking.The weather was not the greatest,every one seemed to say the worst for 11 years,This was our 9th visit,and tend to agree. The sofas were very comfy,the wi fi great,the TV drove us a little mad with buffering,we look for 3 items on our winter break,so 2 out of 3 not bad,< TV buffering was a problem The guest information book was fantastic.so few do this,yet simple information in a book is so helpful. The oven runs hot,how I wish I could of taken it home,so reduce the temp,or enjoy burnt pizza.You park out side the back door,so every thing on one level,Useful when doing a big shop. The fridge/freezer is a good size,lovely to have a teapot.and a 2 types of coffee makers. Plenty of hanging and storage space in the bed room,with patio doors to the balcany area.the bath room is en-suite, For us a walk in shower would of been the icing on the cake,we realize we are not as agile,so this is added to our list,< + Wi fi,comfy sofa English TV > The owners are honest and trust worthy,so no worries booking with them.The apartment next door is also owned by them,so very useful,if your taking,other family members with you.< I may take my mum 86 and brother,so having them next door would be good> Finally Bill a real treasure,any problems he is available,no matter how small,he gets you sorted.The only problem was the TV,lets just say nothing stops Bill. Yes it is hilly,but Daughter and son,tramped up and down with no problem,We hired a car,and drove. It is really quiet and peaceful,the view marvelous,the apartment SPOTLESS. Yes we fed the 3 cats < sorry > but take slippers for Winter breaks. A big thank you to Bill and the Owners,we enjoyed our winter break.. A few rugs would be great,a walk in shower for the less agile, other wise a great time.< think kids would be safe here,not much traffic,and a safe balcony for play > Thank you John Chris B

Been to marina hilltop b4 different apartment so know what to expect

I would say that a bit more shade is needed and would also provide a bit more privacy and the gas bbq we didn't use it was filthy so bought a beach one and put it on top apartment looking tired needs a better cleaner but we did enjoy our stay with beautiful views

Thanks for your comments. I m sorry if the BBQ and cleaning were not up to our usual standard. We have recently employed a new cleaning company and I shall take the matter up with them. They are also supposed to clean the BBQ. We will be looking at any maintenance over the winter. Thanks again for your comments we do appreciate it. We take great pride in the apartments and expect our cleaners to do the same.

We are two business women/friends . After enjoying many family holidays here in Cyprus we decided to invest in a property that our families and others would be able to enjoy and take advantage of.

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

There was never any doubt as to the location we wanted. Peyia Village is picturesque and traditional however all the usual essentials for a great family holiday are very close by without being intrusive. As parents of young children we wanted somewhere which offered a holiday environment without the threat of 'lager louts' spoiling our holiday.
