An excellent apartment for a family getaway. You can start the day on the terrace and end it in the jacuzzi. There is a beautiful garden that is shaded by surrounding trees during the middle of the day.

Love area - not far from Rome. The apartment was clean and spacious, and had everything we needed during our stay. Marco (owner) was very helpful during the stay. Only downside was the air conditioning was switched off at night which made it too warm for us to sleep.

The hosts were over the top in kindness, warmth, and very welcoming. Our family will.stay at this villa for as long as the property hosts guests. It is a perfect place in the countryside to hear the sound of cicadas in the late summer afternoon, listen to various birds, or ave a lazy day at the lake. The town of Braciiano is beautiful and not overly touristy considering they have a majestic and well known castle overlooking the lake. Also, the location is great for exploring the other medieval towns around the lake. Our family highly recommends this beautiful property.

Everything was great! One small complaint about the road/ driveway, it was uneven and quite bumpy for a small car with not much ground clearance.

Thank you so much, Ben. We do our best to offer our guests a pleasant stay. As for the road, unfortunately, it's not ours, and despite our requests to have it fixed, the municipality is a bit lax! We'll keep asking!

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, feeling right at home; from the location, to the cleanliness, to the attention to detail in the home itself, to the care of the host. We plan to return when we can to enjoy more time here and more of the area.

Hebald House & Lake Bracciano

Marco and Angelica were amazing hosts and set us up for 4 wonderful days in Bracciano. Their gardens are beautiful and the guest house is very quaint and quiet. House is very close to Lake Bracciano which is very refreshing and the food and people were excellent. It’s hard to believe e you are only 45mins from Rome. We highly recommend this wonderful place.

We had a lovely two-day stay and it was perfect for our needs. Fully equipped, private, and charming grounds that are worth a walking tour. Well located for touring Bracciano and beyond such as Anguillara (13 minutes away). Highly recommended!

Wonderful Secluded Guesthouse Near Lake Bracciano

Wonderful secluded guesthouse on large forested hillside estate close to beautiful Lake Bracciano. Easy access to notable area attractions (with car) including fantastic Etruscan sites at Tarquinia and Cerveteri. Guesthouse has all the amenities for a comfortable stay including a very nice outdoor spa (should you desire to use it) situated in a beautiful surrounding garden. Marco was an outstanding host and we would most definitely stay there again!

Marco and hos wife are very nice and their property and the appartement was amazing. Everything was clean and Marco was always available for questions. Bracciano was also very nice and the Beach was only 30 minutes away. Rom is also only 1 hour away so there is a lot to do, would definitely book that beautiful appartement from Marco again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hebald guesthouse. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. The guesthouse was charming, well-equipped, and very clean, with all of the amenities you would need for a relaxing stay. The grounds were picturesque with lovely gardens and sculptures. I wish my schedule had allotted me more time to stroll the property and enjoy the hot tub. The location is a short 6-7 min drive into town. I highly recommend booking your stay here.

Beautiful property

Wonderful apartment. There is AC, but only set to run part of the day. Little warm at night, but they did provide a fan. They were helpful when our rental car got a flat tire.

An absolutely beautiful location with an amazing garden. The hosts were wonderful to work with - responsive, friendly and thoughtful. We stayed at the apartment for a week, and used the kitchen often. It was well equipped for cooking although there is no standard oven.My wife celebrated her birthday while we were there and the hosts were kind enough to bring her flowers. This is a great place to spend your hard-earned vacation and we would go back in a heartbeat! One note of advice, the Villa is down a narrow, rough road and larger cars may find it challenging to navigate. We had a small SUV and it worked well.

The house was very complete, it contained everything you need. Both doors en windows with a muscito screen. The garden is private and beautiful. The hottub is ready for use at any moment. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, they make sure you have a pleasant stay. Ask them for trips in the neighbourhood.

Wonderful house, location and host

On our 30-day trip through Italy, Switzerland, and France, we needed a break in the middle. So, we found this lovely house to stay for few days. The host was amazing, one of the nicest people we met on our trip. Even our kids had a great time with them. The house was super clean and everything was perfect. I didn't have a car, but Marco, the host, helped me get to the house and even to the supermarket. They're a great couple, and their house is fantastic. Our kids loved it there. I strongly recommend this house if you want to stay at Bracciano

Paradise!

We've been traveling around Italy for 5 weeks and wanted a place to just relax for a couple of days before flying home. This place was perfect! The host, Marco, was so sweet. They even had snacks, wine and flowers for us wnen we arrived. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinner. The bed was great! The water was hot. The property is so beautiful and quiet. Just a short walk down to the lake and nature area. Best of all was the private courtyard and hot tub! I highly recommend this place. Truly the best!
