Thank you for your compliments. We also duly noted your comments in every aspect and report here. In fact a little bit of mold appeared at the wall border of 2 bathtubs, The cleaning firm I hired for that, told me that this is just due to heavy turnover of showers. The problem has been addressed and disappeared. Same thing for the showers heads : Tommaso has repaired all the 2 supports that where a bit loose. The pool cleaning is normally organized weekly, but as you say with 11 people in an out all day it needed an extra cleaning which I organized as soon as you asked, free of charge. As we say to all customers, Tommaso and Elisabetta are available in case of urgent need. Every customer gets Tommaso's cellphone. Just calling him for all this could have solved the mood, showers heads and pool questions immediately. Mosquitos are a mystery, and their sporadic presence is apparently due to a combination of wind, humidity and temperature in certain times of the year. To address the problem as much as we can other than what we already do with sprays, tablets and machines that prevent mosquitos from entering, we installed now mosquitos nets around all beds. As for the kitchen, I'm aware that the villa's kitchen might seem small by american standards, but being in Italy it is built with Italian standards. We are sorry but travelling requires sometimes a little adaptation to local standards and habits. But since we are always listening and trying to improve the holiday experience we bought a much larger fridge. Thank you for your feedback.

Thank you for your kind and truthful review. In fact mosquitos presence depend on the year. With COVID, nature came back strong this year. But it is rare in general. You are welcome to come back when you want Louise. It has been a pleasure.

Thanks, Steven I was happy to have you. I can easily change for bigger towels. I just remodeled the whole house and pool, so towels are an easy thing to improve. As for the garbage, you are right. Regulations in Italy are strict. I'll make a multiple language precise sheet to give to guests. I'll be happy to have you again any time.
