We enjoyed another year staying at this amazing villa.What can I say more than perfect villa, location.The pool is amazing and the outside area is perfect for families.Inside, it’s comfortable and you have everything you need. Highly recommended and we shall return again.

Amazing from booking until leaving everything was great

The property was amazing it had everything inside and out that we could have wanted for our holiday, the situation was great you can walk to bars shops and restaurants, very quite , very comfy, would book again, nothing negative to say at all

Amazing Villa!

From the initial communications with Jill, the friendly welcome from Joanne and the stay itself, this was a fantastic holiday! Comfy spacious villa, great pool, with a pool table and table tennis table as well. Very close to great places to eat - a great location, beautiful villa - very highly recommended, we hope to be back one day!

Wonderful Holiday

Beautiful villa in an excellent location. Communication with Jill and Joanne was first class making the visit most enjoyable. We would certainly be looking to book the villa again in the future - Quesada has everything you could want in terms of supermarkets, bars and restaurants.

Family 1st holiday

In a great position, with knowing the area we were close to all shops, bars restaurants in walking distance. Villa was clean and has all emendities you need. Kids loved the pool and adults lived the games area.

Location

The villa was great and so close to local amenities. We hired a car but you didn’t really have to as everything was just a walk away. The pool was lovely we had a couple issues during our stay with it but was dealt with promptly by property manager. Plenty space for the kids to play. Overall was a good holiday and would recommend

Best villa

Had an amazing time…the villa is exactly what you see if not more. Had everything my family needed, close to all the bars and restaurants within walking distance. Meet and greet from Merrymaids, Joanne was fab, showed us around, even met the gardener. Thanks to Jill for the communication, will definitely be going back 🙃

Relaxing week

Lovely, peaceful villa with great outdoor space. Off road parking. Gated pool, so safe for younger children. BBQ area had everything needed and games area well equipped. Short walk to town, where there are restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Short drive to beaches and market.

Fantastic holiday

Just returned from 2 weeks at this lovely villa, from booking through to Joanne meeting us when we left the communication was spot on. The villa is everything and more that the pictures or description, the location is great 5/10mins to the bars and restaurants, but still felt very peach and private. The apartment was perfect for my daughter/partner and 9 month old grandson, the outside space is the best we have had in villas we have stayed in. We will hopefully return in the future.

Stunning place one of the best in quesada

We have stayed in a few properties in quesada and this is one of the best , photos doesn’t do this property justice it’s immaculate inside and out , lovely pool great for families as it’s gated , the pool was very clean , it’s about 8 minutes walk into quesada strip with some great restaurants , but very quiet as it’s in a cup-de-sac, , beds were so comfy better than ours at home , I can’t rate this property enough as it’s perfect, u won’t be disappointed if you rent it , and the owner has replied to my messages , merry maids met us on arrival and on departure and there were very good a thumbs up all around many thanksTracey xx

From booking the villa, to check in the stay and to check out has been amazing. Jill is brilliant, communication ahead of stay made it more relaxed, joanne met us when we got there and showed us around, giving a full walk through of villa and where things were and recommended restaurants. The place was spotless. We all actually said WOW as we walked through the gates. The area and space is brilliant. Something for everybody and the town is fabulous too. Everybody friendly and helpful. Could not recommend this place enough. All amenities are catered for in the villa and the beds are super comfy. Thank you for a brilliant stay!

What a wonderful property. We had a small family reunion of 5 coming from UK, Spain and Australia and not being together in over 20 years. The property suited all of our needs and more. From booking to checking out, the entire process was seamless. We were greeted by a wonderful couple who gave us a tour of the villa and explained everything and if there were any issues they were a phone call away. The owner of the villa responded to all of my question's promptly and was wonderful to deal with. We cannot fault any part of the villa and we would rebook in a heartbeat.

Family Holiday

We have just returned from a 14 day stay at this beautiful villa. The accommodation and outside space is exceptional especially as a family of 8 you need plenty of space. The games area went down a treat with everyone, the outdoor kitchen area is also a nice extra and probably would have used it in cooler months. The villa is in walking distance into the town of Quesada where there are plenty of places to eat out. I did try and book again for the same time next year but unfortunately it was already booked. Great villa great holiday. Would definitely recommend it.

August in Quesada

Just like to say what a fantastic villa and location. Pool was lovely, it’s bigger than you think from the pictures. The whole outside area is superb as there is loads of space for everyone to be together or for when you want a bit of time on your own. You also have the added pool table along with ping pong as well to pass away the time. It was great to have the independent apartment on the ground level which worked well for us with our big family. Upstairs is great too as there is one big bedroom with en-suite and 2 others which share a good size bathroom. Aircon in each of the bedrooms and lounge along with the fans keep everywhere nice and cool. Any Queries or issues were dealt with promptly by the villa manager, good communication. Lots of places to eat within 5 to 10 minutes walk. Two places we would recommend are The Argentinian steakhouse and Day and night. Highly recommend this villa and we will be returning.

Villa in Quesada

The property was large enough to accommodate 4 Adults and 4 teenaged boys with enough room for everyone to have their own space, the pool area was excellent, the villa was very private, in a nice area and near all the facilities in the area. We all really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning

What a lovely villa cannot fault anything. Excellent communication with both the owner and Merry maids. Everything you need is at this property we had the best time ever. Great Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! It is a very spacious clean house and the pool was amazing!! Everything you need is available. The communication with both Jill and Joanne went very smoothly. The villa is located near restaurants, shops and supermarkets, all within walking distance.
