Aloha, We are available by phone and email daily. We always encourage Guests to call if they have a concern. We have crew in the building daily and would prefer to correct anything we can for a Guest rather than finding out after they have left the condo and a bad review. This condo has a large window AC that is professionally serviced every 6 MOs. It is 18000 BTUS of power running in a 5oo sq ft condo. Most of our Guests prefer adequate AC over quiet but inadequate AC. TP, Paper towels, dish soap, salt & pepper are all standard set up in our condos as a starter set. Guests are to replace their own supplies. The starter set that allows them a few days without going to the store. We do have linen service for an extra fee. Our Manager on Duty Number and Business card is left in every room and also listed in the directions we email to Guests before their stay. Feel free to call or email before your arrival if you have any questions. Aloha, As property managers with dozens on Ilikai Hotel condos, were very busy helping Guests like this one. We were notified on the 15th that the pool closure would go beyond the 15th. As this mentioned, adjustments were made as it was the only thing we could do because of the way the building handled this issue. Thank you. BTW, both pools are running now.
