Denne beachfront ferie condo lejligheden er beliggende i Destin Florida langs Emerald Coast. Condo leje # 517 plads til op til 6 personer med en konge i soveværelset, King i gæstesoveværelset og en sovesofa i stuen. Destin's Beach ligger kun få skridt væk med en smuk udsigt fra din private balkon. Alle enheder er ikke-ryger.
Condo 517 er blevet ombygget helt i 2016, med ny stor flise i hele boligarealerne, og kvarts bordplader og rustfrit stål apparater installeret i køkkenet. I stuen er der nye møbler, indretning og kunst. Alle værelser har nye loft fans. Stue 52 'og soveværelse indeholder nye Roku smart 32' tv. Soveværelse har en ny madras, plantage skodder, sengetøj og indretning. Gæstesoveværelset har nyt strøelse 32 'tv, plantage skodder og en Roku smart 32' TV. Mest af alt enheden har en vaskemaskine / tørretumbler installeret i master badeværelse.

Great stay in unit 517

We had a wonderful getaway in unit 517. The location and views were exceptional. We loved having a washer and dryer instead of having to carry laundry to another location. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for the stay.

This condo here at The Islander was much more spacious and very well-kept compared to what we had experienced until now. We really liked the gated private parking and how the exterior grounds and pool area was kept extremely clean. The staff was also very professional and helpful. We really liked the location of the condo and the beach was not as crowded as we anticipated. I would encourage anyone who is wanting to book a vacation in Destin to check out The Islander because I think you will be very pleased with your stay.

Delight at the Islander condo 517

Condo 517 far exceeded my expectations. The view of the sunset each evening out my balcony was exceptional. The master bathroom, laundry options and Kitchen facilities were excellent. My brother and wife were suppose to join me, but illness prevented them from traveling. Other family members stayed in another unit. I am excited about reserving for next year; I will explore this option for the future.

Would Stay Again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit 517 was excellent, as was the whole Islander Resort. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was great having the washer/dryer in the unit to do laundry in the evening without leaving our room. The shower in the master bedroom was very nice. The walk down to the beach was easy and not too far. The staff was pleasant and professional. I like the resort's location being off the main thoroughfare; it seemed to be in a nice and quiet neighborhood.We did have an issue on the first night that was beyond management's control as it was caused by other guests. I only bring this up to brag on the staff who quickly took care of a very difficult situation, and the rest of our stay was without issue. The guests in the neighboring unit were extremely loud and causing a disturbance, but they seemed to be an a-typical guess as the rest of the stay was quiet and peaceful.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Unit 517 was not cleaned properly after previous renters. Sheets were not changed, there was sand all over the bed and floor. There was a stain on the bed sheets and missing sheets in second bedroom. There was a dirty wet rag in the shower. Floors had popcorn and hair all over them. There was couple of dirt plates in the cabinet. The ac vents had dust bunnies hanging out of them. I feel like this unit was never cleaned fully. They come in straighten the beds to make it look like it was cleaned and say they cleaned it. On top of all that this is during the pandamic when they are supposed to be doing extra cleaning to help stop the spread of COVID. The Islander is a very nice place, I've stayed there before few years back and did not have any issues at all with my room. The staff was very apologetic and came up to my room right away to bring me new sheets, but I did have to change them myself. The next morning they sent in someone to clean the apartment. The location and privet beach is amazing, I would like to come back and stay here again hopefully they will replace their cleaning crew by then.
