SUPERB, FAMILIE VILLA, udsigt over havet med privat, opvarmet pool

Hi Steve, thanks for your 5* review. Yes, the tram is great and makes the beaches and old towns of El Campello, Alicante, Altea and Benidorm accessible in anything from 5 minutes to 25 minutes. This year however we installed a new TV monitor with access to TV and streaming channels such as Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney, Apple TV, Paramount , etc, to make staying in a relaxing alternative. We'd be delighted to welcome you back in the future and would be very happy to offer a discount by editing the quote on any future enquiry we were to receive from you. Kind regards, David

Hi Lauren, our Team helped and provided you with little extras like early check-in, drinks and snacks for the children whilst we waited for you to check-out, pool inflatables for the wee ones too, and individual keys to lock each of the 3 poolside kiddie-gates for the safety of the children. Our Team were disappointed with your 3 star review, but send their best wishes.

Hi Joanne, thanks for your kind review, and by the sounds of it you all enjoyed a very relaxing stay. The local restaurants cater for most tastes, ie the Italian “El Farol” and the Chinese “Singapore garden”, do exactly what it says on the tin! We do however have a few others too, still within 10 minutes walking distance, namely Cala Blanc and Travieso, both with widely eclectic menus; and our very own seafood restaurant, which sits right on Coveta Fuma beach. Note that the 3 main village square bars also serve bar snacks but wouldn’t be classed as restaurants. We note that you chose the heated pool option, and we were very happy to provide you with the swimming pool temperature being a steady 27–30°C for the duration of your stay. With very best wishes, David

Hi Neil, thanks for an amazing 5 star review. We are very please that you enjoyed our villa, and our service, so much so that you are recommending it to others. We take a pride in trying our best to accommodate our Holiday Makers' every need, and we were more than happy to provide you with a late check-in, and help with an airport taxi transfer. Note that we always offer a repeat bookings discount and would be delighted to welcome your family back to Villa Carlanna in the future. Kindest regards, David, Candy and the Team.

Hi Tracy, thanks for being amazing guests and for your great review, and we hope to see you again soon. David and Candy

Hi Mark, thank you for your 5 star review and positive comments, which we are very helpful. Our team is committed to providing the best service before and during our Holiday Makers' stay. We would be delighted to welcome you back, and would take great pleasure as always in offering a discount for repeat bookings. Very best wishes, David, Candy and the Team

Hi Judith, we are very happy to read your kind comments, and delighted that you have booked to stay at Villa Carlanna again in June 2024. All feedback is passed on to our team who live locally to the Villa…and they’ll be delighted to welcome you back next year

Hi Sophie, thank you for a very helpful review. It was with my own children in mind that we installed the 3 lockable gates at the accesses to the pool terrace. At that time they were all under 4 years of age, and it gave everyone some peace of mind. Candy and the girls are fantastic team mates, with great local knowledge that they're always happy to share. We'd be delighted to welcome you back in the future and would be very happy to offer a discount by editing the quote on any future enquiry we were to receive from you. Kind regards, David

Hi Mairead, we are very grateful for your kind comments, and delighted that you enjoyed the villa, its views, the local amenities, bars and restaurants. Candy really is the most wonderful villa manager, agent and partner, with our goal between us nto ensure

Hi Jeanette, thanks for a very good review and your comments, which we encourage, consider and discuss as appropriate with our team. Note that the sun lounger detachable cushions endure heavy wear, and as after most summer-seasons have been replaced in preparation for the forthcoming season. We are also pleased to report that we have just taken delivery of new breakfast bar stools from Conforama. Hope to welcome you back to Villa Carlanna sometime soon, David and Candy

Hi Sophie, we're very grateful to receive your fab review, read such positive comments and that you have booked to return to Villa Carlanna this year is fantastic. We pride ourselves on trying our best to cater for our Holiday Makers' every need, and are happy to provide a wheeled shopping basket, info on the local area and tourist attractions, a heated (optional) private swimming pool, and many other helpful nuances. All the best and look forward to seeing you again soon, Candy, Bonnie and the Team.
