Beliggende ved havet ved Anastasia er en smuk penthouse med fantastisk havudsigt. Dette er langt den bedste condo i hele komplekset! Denne 3 soveværelser, 2 bad smukke condo blev for nylig købt og professionelt renoveret med alle nye møbler og faciliteter. Lejligheden er kun få skridt væk fra havet, fiskeri mole, restauranter, shopping og aktiviteter. Faciliteterne inkluderer en opvarmet swimmingpool, fitnessrum, parkeringskort, vaskemaskine og tørretumbler i enheden og gratis trådløst internet.

Seaside på Anastasia har alt hvad du behøver for at nyde din ferie, herunder en opvarmet pool, fitnessrum samt elevatorer. Kun få minutter fra historiske downtown St. Augustine hvor der er masser af mad, shopping og turiststeder. Alligator Farm er også tæt på og kan prale af en ny zip-lining oplevelse.

Best place in St Aug Beach

The pool, parking, elevator, location, and spacious condo made for a great stay. My fave place yet. Would def stay again.

Perfect weekend stay

We enjoyed our stay for the weekend and appreciated quick responses to our questions. Just a 5-10 walk to the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants.

Accommodating!

The condo was very accommodating for our large family. The only thing that would make this condo even better is some fresh paint through living area & outside balcony doors. Overall happy with everything else.

What a beautiful rental condo! We felt very much at home . It had everything we could possibly need including a spectacular view. We really liked the location and the choice of many restaurants close by. We are looking forward to renting the same unit again next year.

Fantastic All Around!

This place is perfect in so many ways! The location is perfect for walking to different restaurants and the beach. The Master bedroom was huge and we slept like babies. The kitchen is adequately stocked and so are the bathrooms. Dora was extremely helpful and quick to respond. She was absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

So spacious!

We loved our stay at this property. The condo was spacious and very clean! Great location to walk to the beach and some restaurants. Highly recommend Salt Life restaurant. The only downfall was the bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable and it was very light at night due to the outdoor street lights. Otherwise, we loved it!!

Good location

Condo is short easy walking distance to beach and restaurants. Condo is in gated community so very safe. Beds were comfortable. Small screened in area was nice in the early morning. I do agree with others about den furniture, chairs should be replaced. I would probably stay there again.

Nice condo; good location

As other reviews noted, there was a musty smell at first but it dissipated quickly and the living room chairs need new cushions. Otherwise good condo with three bedrooms in good location and distant ocean view.

Great condo!

What a wonderful property. My family of 6 had plenty of room. Large condo, nicely furnished, with great views of the ocean. Definitely the best condo on the property. Elevator come in handy for sure with getting groceries and luggage up 3 flights of stairs. A plus for sure! Great restaurants near by to walk to. Will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great time.

Wonderful family trip

We were in St Augustine for a family wedding and stayed at seaside by Anastasia condos Unit was very pretty and we felt very safe Our only complaint was the furniture in the living area was very old and extremely uncomfortable. There is NO cushioning in the two chairs.

Great property and location

This property was updated and it's location is great. If you plan on staying for more than a few days be prepared to purchase toiletries (no tissues and only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom provided). This property has a great screened in balcony but we were not able to use it because it was so dirty. Everything else was great and these few small inconveniences would not deter us from renting again. You can't beat the location and the close restaurants and entertainment.

Family stay in saint Augustine beach area

We really enjoyed it . Host was great in answering questions ahead of time. Nice set up. Helped that there is elevator since unit is on 3rd level. Spent good amount of time at pool. Went to beach right across the way . Also found out down the way you can go park on the beach and set up there so we did that too 1 day. Nice that there are 2 beach chairs in closet and some beach toys . Salt life restaurant was really good. Get the almond crusted grouper topped with lobster in coconut cream sauce if you go. Beds and furniture super comfortable. Kitchen stocked nicely. Love that there are tvs in every room. You can walk to numerous restaurants and shops including RITAS custard and gilotti. Only 10 minute drive to historic downtown Saint Augustine . Highly recommend this place

Fantastic

Has have being mentioned in other reviews the pictures are not deceiving in any way, what you see in the pictures is what the property looks like. My family and I spent 4 nights here and honestly could not have asked for a better experience and place. The owner was more than happy to help with any questions, and was very accommodating. It’s basically diagonal from the county pier, and while you cannot see all of the beach you will be able to enjoy views of the ocean from the balcony, and of course get that nice ocean breeze. If you are traveling with small children you do not have to worry too much about the balcony because of high railing and the entire balcony is screened in. I honestly cannot day enough good things about this property and the owner, both were great and I would most definitely stay here again and again. If you want a awesome place to stay, then this my friend is it.

Spacious condo across from the beach

The property is just as described. Great location acrossA1A within walking distance to restaurants. We stayed for an extended family vacation. Other family had a similar condo in the complex. I will say this condo’s kitchen was much better equipped than theirs and more spacious than their 3 bedroom. It is decorated beautifully. My only suggestion would be to put up black out curtains over the blinds. We had difficulty sleeping because the room was bright at night from the street lights and the sun at 6 A.m. However, the beds were very comfortable. This is definitely a place for the beach. The pool at the complex left a lot to be desired but our family was there for the ocean so it was fine.

Just fine

Stayed here for Thanksgiving with my adult kids. The kitchen was well- equipped. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and spacious. Had to light a scented candle, though, to address the smell of mildew.

Beach Bliss

This property was perfect for our stay! The condo was spacious, super clean and nicely appointed. The community is well maintained, quiet and close to the beach and downtown. Many things are within walking distance. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the screened in patio without any bugs! We were sad to leave and definitely would return. The only improvements we would recommend would be better pots and pans and more comfortable chairs in the living area. Thanks for a great vacation!!!
