This holiday home lies in Nerja’s prestigious area of "El Capistrano". Its location grants you the most staggering views: let your sight wander from the whitewashed houses at your feet until the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. The fact that you can enjoy them while relaxing in the shaded chill-out area or cooling yourself down in the oval-shaped private pool is just the icing on the cake.

The villa features three comfortable bedrooms: one is provided with one double bed, while the other two are equipped with two single beds each. A recently-renewed bathroom with a spacious shower is available for the six guests of the villa. Last but not least, the living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa facing a huge fireplace and satellite TV with English, Spanish and German channels; the living room opens onto the fully-equipped galley corner and the terrace. There’s warm/cool air-con in the living room and the three bedrooms.

The split-level outdoor area features a cosy terrace that makes for a great place to enjoy “al fresco” dining. There’s a BBQ in the same terrace, which allows you to test your skills and surprise your beloved ones. The private pool is located on a slightly lower level, flanked by sun loungers that provide the best spot for you to sunbathe as much as you want. The lowest level is reachable from the pool area. Here, you will find a spacious, well-maintained garden and a shaded chill-out area that ensures you and your beloved ones enjoy the quiet atmosphere that envelops the property.
