SUPERB LUXURY NEWLY BUIT APARTMENT IN FUENGIROLA.

Luxury apartment in the beautiful newly built luxury resort Panorámica by Kronos.
It is built and decorated in a bright and tastefully style, following the excellent standard in modern classical Scandinavian style, alongside a fantastic sea view to the Mediterranean sea and Fuengirola bay, making it one of the best apartments for rent in Fuengirola, with enough space for 6 people, divided in 3 bedrooms, beds with high quality mattresses and also lots of storage space in the built in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped modern kitchen and living room with access to the terrace, overlooking the sea. The terrace is fully equipped for you to enjoy.

This property was built to the highest standards. Modern furniture, soft lighting and chic white and neutral tones make the place feel posh and minimalist, and the terrace where you can enjoy nice outdoors dining. You will feel at ease enjoying breakfast facing the sea.
There is also underfloor heating, play station, intelligent voice system and other features that will make you fall in love with this apartment.

Having a car is recommended for shopping and exploring all that Andalucía has to offer. The property includes parking space for two cars.

The urbanisation has two pools, gym and sauna. All this together makes it the perfect apartment to enjoy your holidays! (Please, keep in mind that the pools might be closed depending on the season of the year. They are currently closed due to drought restrictions being applied by the Government of Andalucía).

We have Trocadero Benalmádena, a Marbella restaurant concept brought to Benalmádena, located in a privileged position by the sea with stunning sea views and sunsets. You can also enjoy in Carvajal the always nominated to best traditional spanish fish restaurant "Los Marinos Paco" restaurant. And we cannot forget about the 1 Michelin Star restaurant, Sollo, at Curion hotel by Hilton.

Fantastic appartment

We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment. Towels, beds & linen are great, the kitchen had what you need. Good floor plan with a nice living area. The terrace is big enough for lounging, eating etc. It has great views over the ocean and over Fuengirola (Nice at evenings). There are 3 pool areas inside the gates, this makes it pretty private at the pool next to the apartment. A positive thing is that there are sunbeds around the pool. The location is the only thing where you wanted something more. It is uphill and every walk will give you a pretty steep way to or back. No close by supermarkets or restaurants (Without these sweaty walks). The beach down at Carvajal are really good, you find the Higueron Beach Club, La Cubana and a bunch more when you need lunch or drinks. Finally, we had an amazing stay in this well kept and fantastic apartment. Really recommend it.

Great property - wrong location

We were met at property but the company representative did not know which building the property was located. The apartment was very clean and the cleaners were there on our arrival. The apartment is set on a very steep hill so a car or taxi is required. We enjoyed our stay and the outdoor space / balcony is lovely.
