Excelente, limpieza y muy cómodo. De noche hay ruido (música, voces) porque hay bares por la zona. Recomendable 100%

Standard, Sauberkeit und Lautstärke

Die Wohnung liegt gut, die Kommunikation und die Übergabe des Schlüssels war gut organisiert. Ein Schlüssel ist zu wenig. Wir hätten 2 benötigt. Das Bettzeug für ein 2. Bett war nicht vollständig vorhanden, die Wohnung hat unzureichend schließende Fenster für den sehr hohen Lärmpegel in der Nacht von der Straße. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Great location and appartment

We had a great 2 night stay. The location was perfect, we could walk to centre or use metro just round the corner. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Marco was a responsive and very helpful host. Would recommend.

A wet stay

Although the property manager isn't responsible for the water accident in the house, we would have expected that the buckets and towels are changed and respectively the floor cleaned. I think it s not the task for the paying guests to handle this on a sunday morning. Some of our clothes went wet and the use of the kitchen was not possible. Until today there was no apologize and we were left in uncertainty about possible danger in the kitchen, e.g. the electricity. For that reason we better kept to stay outside the apartment. The usual decency in such an incident would have been at least to offer a part refund without saying anything. We cannot recommend this company and would suggest to stay at a normal hotel.

Clean apartment with a great location

Apartment was clean and just as described. It was close (couple blocks) to the metro so it was perfect to get around and see the sights and find nice places to eat. Has working AC so that was nice for the heat.
