Panormo Villas - Iasion Villa

Panormos Villas are all that a traveler can wish for: newly-built, luxurious, near a seaside settlement and with a private swimming pool! You only have to choose one of our villas – or both! – and get ready for the most memorable vacation of your life!

Panormos Villas consists of two independent luxurious residencies, Iasion and Dimitra Villa. Both are stone-built, have two levels and measure 120 sq.m. each.

Iasion Villa can easily sleep up to 7 guests and all its rooms are carefully decorated. The villa’s main entrance on the ground level leads the visitor to the open-plan living room which is combined with the fully equipped kitchen. The living area features two comfortable sofas, a 42” satellite HDTV and a furnished patio with access to the swimming pool and the outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with everything one may need to prepare all possible meals, along with a dining table, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Additionally, the ground floor features a bedroom with two
single beds (which can be combined into a king-sized one, if you wish), a 32” HDTV and direct exit to pool area. There is also a bathroom, specifically designed for guests with mobility limitations, equipped with a whirlpool.

Walking up the staircase to the first floor, the guest finds a master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, a king-sized bed (divisible to two single ones if you wish), a 32’’ HDTV and a private furnished veranda.

The outdoors is carefully tended and fenced for your privacy, and feature the spectacular swimming pool, which measures 25 sq.m., can be heated and has sun beds and parasols for endless hours of relaxation!
