Villa Can Pep

Family villa with private pool located in a residential area in Mal Pas, two minutes from the sandy beach. The house has a spacious and modern kitchen next to the dining room and a living room where you can relax. There are also three double bedrooms fully equipped, one of them with a double bed and bathroom, the second bedroom with a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. The house has a pool where you can relax or play with the children.

It is located in Mal Pas-Bonaire, 2 minutes from the small and intimate Manresa beach and 5 minutes from Victoria beach, a lovely pebble beach. The location of the house allows you to enjoy both the small and intimate beaches mentioned above and the beach of the long and lively seafront promenade of Puerto de Alcudia, as it is only 4 km away. In addition, you can visit the historic centre of the town of Alcudia where there are beautiful walls. In Alcudia you can find a large number of services such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, kiosks, hairdressers, hardware stores, shops, etc.
