This house stands out due to its proximity to the large beach of Alcudia, starting at the port and with a fine white sand.

Located in the north of Mallorca, this elegant furnished house offers a capacity for up to 6 people.

On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The access area to the bedrooms is equipped with air conditioning.

On the ground floor you will find a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living - dining room with air conditioning and a direct access to the furnished terrace,an ideal place for pleasant evenings outdoors. -ET / 3518

Had a great time at the house

Had a great time at the house. The location is amazing. House has everything you may need and the hosts are very helpful. We had a couple of hiccups in the first day and everything got fixed right away. Thanks for having us!

We had a really great time

We had a really great time as a family of 3 with a toddler, accompanied by my parents. The house is spacious, the livingroom is well separated from the bedrooms, which is helpfull for people with different rythm. The kitchen is really well furnished. We also found some toys, and beach equipment, which was great as we travel light. The communication went smoothly. The house is at 3 minutes walk from a beach that has natural shade. Grocery store and a great french bakery are also very close. We had a lovely stay, and are looking forward to come back.

Great location and accommodation

Great location and accommodation. The house is very comfortable and has all amenities that are needed for a shorterlonger stay. The place is cozy and located very close to one of the nicest beaches on the island. Host is very proactive and helpful and communication was very smooth. Highly recommend

Close to Alcudia absolutely best beach! A supermarket just a few blocks away, and of course nice house with all you need for a shorterlonger stay. A bit warm to sleep at night because of air conditioning in the hall and not in bedrooms, but overall we hade a great stay!

we’ll definitely want to stay again

Great house very close to the ENORMOUS beach. We were a family of 5 and fitted in very comfortably. The supermarket is really close and so is a great local run restaurant (S’oli Verge). Would book again if we’re back in this location!

Great host and nice, spacious house to stay

Great host and nice, spacious house to stay. It’s very close to the beach, but you need a bike/ scooter to reach the citypuerto de Alcudia. From time to time it was a bit noisy (because there was a dog barking every night and construction work every day).

We had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay in Majorca. The house was perfect for our needs, spacious, fully equipped and close to all amenities. It's location is out of the main hustle and bustle of Alcudia but within easy reach of restaurants, a supermarket and a stones throw from a beautiful beach!! I would highly recommend Maria's house for a perfect family holiday with young kids. Thanks Maria you were very helpful from initial enquiry through to the booking process.

The house is on a quiet place, very close to the nice beach And close to the shop. Quiet far are the restaurants, And the centre of alcudia is more than 20 minutes very quick walk. If you need to work from there, the Wi-Fi doesnt work…anyway We liked this house, it was nice there.

Superb location close to the beach

Superb location close to the beach . House suitable for 56 person family . House well kitted out with everything required . Close to large supermarket and shop that sells lovely fresh bread and coffee. Nice patio area to sit out and have lunch and evening meals . 10 min walk to main strip area with lots of restaurants and shops . Overall a really great house and agents are really great to deal with .

I would happily recommend the place

We spent a week at the house as a group of 6 and liked it a lot! The house is spacious and very well equipped, with a dishwasher, laundry machine, iron, hair dryer, barbecue, toaster, all kitchen utensils etc. Location was great, with a lovely beach just across the road and a supermarket maybe 3 minutes walk from the house. Communication with the hosts was very smooth at every stage of the process. Overall, the whole experience was great - I would happily recommend the place and wouldn't hesitate to visit again myself!

we had an amazing stay

If you are looking for a big house with perfect location, super close to the most beautiful beach of Mallorca, you are just right in Maria's house! What we really loved was the big terrace with roof where you can sit outside even though it might be windyrainy (unfortunately we were not lucky with the weather so this was super important to us). Also the kitchen has a lot to offer so that you can pretty much cook and do everything like at home. Very practical was also to have two bathrooms and three toilets - as we were 4 people... A tiny downside were maybe the not most comfortable mattresses - other than that we had an amazing stay and you can't really go wrong with that house :). Regarding value for money it was perfect! Thank you Maria!

A great place to stay

A great place to stay with easy access to the local restaurants, a supermarket lately 5 minutes walk away and a great coffee shop next to it. Access to the beach within 5 minutes, with the added bonus that this was a quieter section of the beach. Also easy to get out and about on a bike and explore the glorious Mallorcan landscape. Parking was also fine as we used the spot infant of the house. What was really appreciated was the supply of dishwasher and washing tabs which were provided. We had mixed weather and the house was fine but we felt it could have benefited from a few personal touches, such as the odd picture. Outside seating options were great and in the good weather it was excellent to eat all our meals outside. Be aware of mosquitoes as the lake is very close by.
