Thank you for the detailed feedback — I’m sorry your stay fell short in several areas. - Master bathroom mold: that’s unacceptable. We’ve scheduled an immediate inspection and remediation with a licensed contractor; housekeeping will deep-clean and we’ll replace any materials that can’t be fully restored. - Hot tubs / splash pad: I apologize the amenities weren’t available as expected. We’ve notified the resort/association to get a timeline for repairs and asked that online amenity listings be updated if units remain out of service. - Pool capacity enforcement: we’ll review the occupancy policy and enforcement with security/management and ask that rules and signage be made clearer for guests. - Parking for oversize van: sorry this caused stress. We’ll update the listing and guest instructions with clearer guidance on vehicle size/parking and check with the association about designated overflow options for larger vehicles. - Elevators: we reported the out-of-service elevators to the association and requested prioritized repairs and better guest notifications when elevators are offline. - Broken blinds and lack of dresser in master: maintenance is scheduled to repair/replace the blinds; we’re also evaluating adding a dresser or clearer listing notes about the master’s storage. - TVs / remotes: housekeeping/maintenance will label remotes, run a tech check, and update the in-unit instructions so streaming and TV operation are straightforward. - Dryer / circuit breaker: maintenance will inspect the dryer and electrical to prevent recurring trips and ensure reliable operation. Thank you for bringing these items to our attention — your notes help us prioritize repairs and listing updates. Team BBG

Thank you for your review. I do want to point out that when you sent us a message about the furniture being left in the room and the dirt from the chair falling when you moved it, you had already moved the furniture out. I immediately responded that I deeply apologized for missing getting back over to move the furniture back out to the patio after the recent possibility of a hurricane the day before, but that we would have been happy to come over and do so. At that time it was too late and we did not need photos to see. I never heard back from you but we did respond quickly to you that it was an honest mistake and hoped that you understood. We are glad you had a nice stay otherwise.

Thank you for sharing your candid review. Please know that a member of our team is readily available to assist with any needs you may have during your stay. We regret that we weren’t made aware of any issues. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and we look forward to your return in the future.
