3RD FLOOR 3BR 3BA, 2 Oceanfront Master Bedrooms with King size beds

BEACHFRONT condo on the 3rd floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 8 in beds plus 2 on sleeper sofa for a total of 10. The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony.

You can watch your kids swim at the pool from the balcony.

All photos are from this exact unit and were taken recently!

Our 3rd FLOOR unit at the Watercrest is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms.

This unit is 1440 sq feet!

We have two gulf front master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Both have king beds and both have balcony access.


The third bedroom has two Queen Beds.

The living room has a queen size pull out couch.

Free high speed internet is provided.

Each of the three bedrooms have their own bath, stocked with plenty of towels and wash cloths for your convenience.

You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness rooms each with a dry sauna. There are also charcoal grills on the grounds.

Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Max of 2 vehicles for the main lot. 3rd vehicle can park in overflow lot (first come, first serve) and is a $75 fee. Link will be sent via email once reservation is paid in full.
Must be at least 25 years old to book.

It was nice to be on the 3rd floor where we didn’t have to rely on the elevator each time. Our condo was clean, well maintained and super cute. We had plenty of space. My only criticism would be the pool rules seemed extreme, the lights on the pool overnight were blinking and that reflected into our room and there was an unpleasant sewer smell near our side of the tower but it was only present when walking to the parking lot.

Great Vacation

The condo was great ! Might suggest a lock change, it was a little difficult to operate at first, but after we figured it out, all was good. The condo was fantastic, great set up with the bedrooms, easy access to elevator and stairs. Will definitely recommend and will rent again.

Beautiful part of the beach

Our week at watercrest was fantastic. It’s located on the quiet end of the beach and it was perfect. Grandkids enjoyed the tennis courts, pool, and beach. The condo was beautiful but could use an upgrade on pots and pans. There were 8 of us and we all had plenty of room. Would definately stay here again.

Good stay but could use some updates

The condo is in a great location! Beautiful beach front views, easy pool and beach access, clean and good appliances. A few needed updates would be mattresses, they were super uncomfortable, new shower curtains, and better drainage in all showers. A good coat of paint and steam cleaning the furniture would make it a five star stay for sure! Good TV’s, good washer and dryer, lots of towels, quiet community with good property management.

Family vacation

I wish I could give a better review because For the most part our stay was great. The place was pretty and looked clean but the floors were actually filthy. My 13 month granddaughter who doesn’t walk yet had filthy black knees and hands within a short time of crawling on the floors. All of our beds were so uncomfortable that I will not book this condo again for this reason only, and the showers got cold if too many people tried to shower at the same time. Other than those things we really had a great stay together in this condo.

Fyi for unit.

Stay was good but reall need to look at tolit handle in master, it stays on resulting in constant running of tolit if someone isnt aware - causing huge water loss. I watched it others may not. Also shower drains are extremely slow. This info is just an fyi for you to check. Other than that everything was fine. Thankyou. Was very clean.

We Love Watercrest but this is my least favorite unit

We have stayed at Watercrest for about 8 years in various units. This unit was my least favorite for several reasons. The room with two beds needs new mattresses, you could feel the springs. One of the master bedroom toilets needs fixed. You have to remember to pull the handle up after every flush or it runs at full force until you do. It would have been nice to have clothes hangers. There were only a few plastic retail hangers. The unit living room/kitchen appear bigger in the pictures. The ceiling in the kitchen and bathrooms are extremely low. Being a tall family it felt like our heads were going to hit the ceiling. Overall it was a great stay and we liked that the unit overlooked the pool so we could easily keep an eye on our teenagers.

Great Value

I booked this for a last-minute getaway. I chose it because of the furnishings style, the proximity to the beach and the price point. I had been looking at more expensive properties that didn’t have an ocean view. Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be all that great… I was just hoping it would be “acceptable”. I was very pleasantly surprised – it was excellent! This rental is not opulent. However, the unit was very clean. The appliances and furnishings are in good condition with a nice beachy style. The view was terrific. The pool and spa were very clean. We had the patio doors open for most of our stay so we could listen to the waves --- and we didn’t have to worry about crowd noise. The pictures provided in the rental listing are accurate. This condo is in an older area… but the condition of the property was very good. When compared to other areas closer to Pier Park or Seaside, we found this location to be quieter and we could easily get to shopping and restaurants without the stagnant traffic. The beach in the panhandle this time of year is not as busy as the summer – but in some places there are still huge crowds. The beach outside of this condo had a few people on it throughout the day – but no big crowds. A building like this on the ocean takes a beating and weather/salt air can ruin the facilities very quickly if not properly maintained. The property is an older building, but the maintenance staff is excellent – you will see them every day quietly going about their business of keeping the building, the pool, the landscaping, etc. in top condition. For a condo that is rented much of the year, we were very happy with the overall condition. The only improvement I suggested to the management company was updating the dishes and cookware – they’re looking a bit overused.

1st rate stay!

We love staying at the Watercrest. This is our 5th year enjoying PCB from the quiet comfort of a Watercrest condo. ECDI was very responsive to our needs. I called about an issue with a leaky faucet and the door lock. A maintenance crew was there within an hour to fix everything.

Condo was as described. Perfect for my adult family. Would have been nice to have lounger on patio. The pool was noisy at night, but pool hours were enforced and by 10 p.m. it was quiet. Overall, a nice Condo.
