The home is designed for ultimate living pleasure. Large sliding doors at both the front and back create an open feel, seamlessly blending the indoors and outdoors. At the front, the 7-meter-wide sliding glass doors create a bright, airy living space with sweeping views of the island. At the rear, a room-wide sliding door opens onto the sheltered back porch—a delightful private spot nestled against the mountain, where birds sing and the wind always blows gently.

Cool comfort all year round: Shutters with insect screens keep the heat out, while air conditioning provides relief on hot days.

Every detail has been carefully considered: Two en-suite bathrooms, just as spacious and stylish as the bedrooms, offer everything you need. From a toilet and double sink to a delightful hot shower—pure indulgence after a long day.

Here, you’ll find equal comfort in both spaces. There’s no distinction between the master bedroom and the guest room—just two perfect spaces that exude hospitality. Ideal for couples, friends, or families traveling together who appreciate the same level of luxury.

Kitchen – fully equipped

Whether you’re preparing a simple lunch or cooking a full meal, you’ll find everything you need in this kitchen. The large American-style refrigerator features an ice and cold water dispenser, and there’s also a 4-burner gas stove, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, and every kitchen utensil you can imagine. In the utility room, you’ll also find a washing machine, iron, and ironing board—handy for a longer stay.

Living Room – Relax and Stay Connected

The living room is cozily furnished and offers a comfortable seating area, a TV with Chromecast, and a stereo system. Of course, free Wi-Fi is available. Thanks to the open layout and constant air circulation, it’s always pleasant inside, even without air conditioning.

Porches – the quintessential outdoor living experience

The home features a spacious front and back porch. The front porch is fully covered, equipped with shuttered windows, and furnished with a lounge set and dining table—the perfect spot for breakfast with a view or a cozy drink at sunset. At the back, you’ll find an intimate veranda right up against the mountainside, where tranquility and nature reign supreme. Here, you can relax in comfortable chairs while tropical birds sing all around you.

Private Pool and Pool Deck

Directly adjacent to the house is the 4 x 4.5-meter pool, which is 1.75 meters deep. The adjoining pool deck is furnished with lounge chairs and is the ideal spot for a refreshing dip or to soak up the sun.

Important information: Due to the property’s location at an elevation of approximately 100 meters and access via two flights of stairs, this accommodations are less suitable for guests with limited mobility and for families with very young children.

Parking is available on the property, near the entrance.
