Situated next to the historic Bailey Gate in the heart of the beautiful village of Castle Acre and overlooking the village Green is Peddars Cottage. Spacious, well presented and well equipped, with the famous Peddars Way and Nar Valley walks on your doorstep.

There is a dog friendly tea room within the village green serving delicious, carefully sourced food and drinks; a perfect way to start or end your day exploring the historical wonders Castle Acre has to offer, including it's English Heritage Priory and castle ruins, built soon after the Norman Conquest. The village store is a short walk away serving all your needs including a post office with the village fish and chip shop next door.

For the children, apart from the endless exploring the village offers, there is a fantastic play park within a 5 minute walk and is very popular with the youngsters in the village and visitors alike. Upstairs there are three good size bedrooms, two at the front of the house; 1 double and one twin that overlooks the village green with a third bedroom overlooking the historic Bailey Gate. The bathroom is off the landing offering a bath with shower over, pedestal basin and toilet.
