Azenor - Hot tub & Free Parking

Hi Thomas. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review. We're happy to hear that you liked the location and enjoyed the hot tub, however we are sorry to hear that you experienced a funny smell on entry. The property owner investigated this and the funny smell was coming from the washing machine in the utility room. When the washing machine hasn't been used for a while, this can happen, the washing machine was put on a cycle and the smell has now gone. All the Best!

Hi Peter, Thank you for leaving us a review. I am pleased that you would rate the property high as it is a lovely space to stay in! Unfortunately as you have mentioned, there was an issue with the Wi-Fi provider, where they had cancelled the contract a week before it was due to end- there was a new provider in place to start on the contract end date. The Local Contact was able to bring you a booster which needed to be in a certain area to gain Wi-F, however they did confirm that this was working after every visit. I am glad that they did come out a few times during your stay to re-position the booster so that you were able to have Wi-Fi for most of your stay. I do apologise if you felt as if no one was interested, we do feel like the Local Contact did try their best to resolve this issue. We are sorry that this unexpected issue had occurred during your stay. I hope that we are able to welcome you back to stay with us again and to have a better experience. We agree, the location of Azenor is great as it is close walking distance to the shops, restaurants and beaches and we are pleased to hear you liked the comfort of the beds. We and the property owners are very sorry to hear that you would not stay at Azenor again though. The property owner did visit Azenor on the day of your departure but could not locate a damp smell. We acknowledge that a couple reviews earlier in the year mentioned a smell near the utility room, that was due to the washing machine not being used for a while, and the issue was sorted when the washing machine was put on a cycle with no clothes in. Reference the open tread stairs, bedroom 4 description and access to the hot tub/outdoor space, this is all mentioned within our website description, so guests are made aware of this information prior to booking. With regards to the wobbly furniture, this has not been raised before, since your stay this has been checked and could not find any evidence of this. Best wishes, The Luxury Coastal Team
