This apartment is in the ideal location to spend your holiday in Split.

Unlike majority of other apartments, this one is very close to beaches and parks at the west end of the city.

Beach Zvoncac and ACI Marina Split are just six to seven minutes walking from the apartment.

It's just few minutes walking to the Split west seafront, Riva promenade, famous Diocletians Palace and Prokrative square.

Apartment is air-conditioned. It has two cozy single beds and a LED TV.

Kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and a fridge with freezer, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine. We can also provide you an iron and ironing board for free.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more is included free of charge.

House has a small yard and little wall where you can sit, relax, drink and talk which all guests loved.

In the street where the apartment is located there is always a free parking place as it's a small safe street used only by local residents.

**** House rules:

Smoking is not allowed in the studio.

It's also not suitable for pets, sorry.

We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.

For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located in the center of Split, in quiet neighbourhood called Meje.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 1 to 10 minutes walking.

Popular Split beaches Zvoncac, Jezinac and Obojena Svjetlost are within 5-15 minutes walking from the apartment.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is 50m from the apartment.

Ferry port, train, taxi and regional bus station are all within 15 minutes walking.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 11th to 15th of July (4 nights) is mandatory.

Please do not make reservation for less than that.

You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, 20 min walking from the studio.
