Dette er en nyrenoveret historisk bygning med bekvemme ophold i centrum og nok afstand fra den bølgelige bar "trekant".
Denne bygning i byens centrum har en detailforretning på første sal med en rummelig og lys 2 etagers boligareal over med 2. og 3. sal dæk. Stueetagen har et helt nyt køkken med adgang til dæk til en grill, to master-suiter med eget badeværelse, en stue, et pulverrum og en vindeltrappe, der fører til 3. sal. Den øverste etage har et andet stort soveværelse med to dobbeltsenge, et andet komplet badeværelse, et bordtennisbord, mini bar og et "daybed" -område, der har yderligere to dobbeltsenge. Der er parkering udenfor gaden til 2 køretøjer.
Værelserne er alle store, lyse og luftige. Indgangen til lejligheden er på bagsiden af bygningen.

Great location for Boothbay Harbor

This home was perfect for our family vacation to the Boothbay area. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. As advertised a great location to all the restaurants and other important sites. About a 3-minute walk which was enjoyable. Highly recommend staying in this home!

Boothbay vacation

Property was super clean, walking distance to everything. Boat tours , kayaking , restaurants, supermarket etc. great view of the harbor from the deck. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 children ages 7-12

Close to everything!

My family of 5 had a lovely stay at this home in Boothbay Harbor. This home was roomy and had everything we needed. Location was great, walking to cute shops and restaurants. Only downside to location was noisy traffic at night and gas station lights outside. We had a great trip and would stay here again.

Beautiful, art filled Stay

The rental had everything we needed for our August stay in BoothBay, Maine. We loved being close to the Harbor and we could leave our car and walk to restaurants and shops. Allison is an accomplished artist and her lovely her creative touch is everywhere!

Ideal location in Boothbay Harbor

We loved everything about this rental. Lots of space to spread out. We cooked several meals and appreciated the well stocked kitchen and getting to use all the beautiful pottery. It was pretty warm during our stay, we appreciated the AC unit in the primary bedroom, and the portable fans helped make sleeping in the other rooms more bearable. The location is ideal, a short walk to everything in town, but a little removed from the noise and crowds. Do not miss the fantastic apple fritters and breakfast sandwiches from Bakers Way, just next door.

Fun Place for Family of 8 in Boothbay

My wife and I vacationed here with our 6 adult children, and we loved it! This place was better than we hoped for! It was recently remodeled, spacious, very clean, had 2 outside balconies for us to hang out at, and was just a short walk to the bay stores and harbor. The kitchen was also wonderful with lots of space, and was well stocked with pots & pans, dishes, kitchen gadgets, and spices. The owner Allison Evans was easy to contact and her store was beautiful. We would highly recommend this place and hope to come back here again!

Superb Apartment in Boothbay

This is a spacious, beautifully remodeled second floor apartment, which is only a 3-4 minute walk to adorable shops and a wide array of restaurants in Boothbay Harbor. There are so many fun things to do in the area, including hikes, a daily clambake, and the gorgeous Coastal Maine Botanical Garden. Boothbay Harbor has made a point of keeping its downtown family friendly and respectful of residents through zoning ordinances that regulate decibel levels. My friends and I found Boothbay Harbor absolutely charming and credit the location of this terrific apartment for helping make our stay so wonderful!

An incredible stay at an unbelievable house!

Our family has been coming to Boothbay Harbor in the summertime for decades. When searching for a place to stay, we struck gold with this lovely multi-level home! Just a short walk from downtown and such wonderful accommodations. Alison was a kind and thoughtful host, we were so grateful for her hospitality and willingness to offer suggestions to places to eat and activities to do both at home and otherwise. The house was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. You could tell that it has been well taken care of! Would highly recommend this place to families looking for a home away from home! Will definitely be coming back!

Easy access to town and contemporary comfort

Property is as pictured-open main room with renovated kitchen, dining and living areas 2large bedrooms on floor 2 with large, modern bathrooms. Extra space for sleeping on floor 3 with another lovely bathroom. Decks on both floors-watched July 4 fireworks from deck. Easy walk to town. Do not miss the beautiful store on the first floor! On mAin road out if Boothbay, so there is traffic noise, but we acclimated to it.

Beyond Expectations!

This place was amazing! The master suite had a huge shower with two separate rain head showers. The bed was wonderful. The 2nd bedroom was perfect with its own on-suite bathroom. Upstairs bedroom had plenty of space and it’s own bathroom. There are two decks that offer amazing views of the Harbor. Alison was fantastic to work with and communicate with. There were three couples and we hung out and were able to walk to most of our destinations. This was a perfect ten for us!

Great house in Boothbay Harbor

House was in a great location close to everything we wanted to do in Boothbay Harbor. We walked everywhere and never used our car. The house is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable for our group of seven adults. Kitchen is well stocked and we cooked in one night. The only suggestion I would make is to add a window a/c unit to the second master so windows could be closed. The gas station across the street opens at 5 am and is quite loud. We usually get up by 6 so we were ok. We would rent this beautiful house again.

A week in August 2023

This property and location was one of the best I've ever stayed in over many years of visiting Maine. Allison was a wonderful host, and was very responsive when we had any questions. The kids (13,15 & 16) and the adults loved being right in town with freedom to walk and explore the fun shops and many restaurants. We took advantage of many things right in Boothbay, like a whale watching cruse and renting kayaks. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was a dream. The shop below the apartment was amazing! The huge, two level deck had a great view of the harbor and was excellent for breakfasts, happy hours and hosting a lobster dinner for 12. We plan to stay here again and share this amazing space with more friends and family!

Fantastic Property

Alison’s residence was the foundation upon which we constructed a wonderful vacation in Boothbay Harbor. It delivered everything our party of four needed: space in abundance, comfort, cleanliness, a nicely equipped kitchen and – to the delight of our 8-year-old grandson – a ping-pong table. Above all, it delivered location, location, location. We were an easy, effortless walk from the footbridge, the piers, the shops and the waterfront restaurants. Ports, an exceptional pizza place, is a two-minute stroll from Alison’s parking lot. The interior of the residence, bright and airy, is rendered unique by Alison’s ceramic creations (visit her showroom on the Townsend Street side of the building if circumstances permit). The exterior includes a two-level deck from which the harbor is visible. Alison is a friendly, attentive owner. She responded quickly to any and all questions.

Boothbay Harbor - Destination Wedding Location

The property was exactly as listed. On the outskirts of town but ony a three minute walk to all stores on main street. The kitchen was super easy to work in and loved all the dishes. Living room was was easy to get comfortable in and accomodated out large group of seven. Two main bedroom were very comfortable with huge bathrooms. Beds were all very comfortable. The upstairs worked well for us as well. We also made great use of the upper deck overlooking the harbor. Allison who is the agent was very responsive to any questions or needs. All in all a good value for a good property. Also lots to do in this gem of a coastal town. Thanks for a good time!

Clean and spacious

Exactly as advertised- clean, well-equipped, and plenty of room for our group of 7 to spread out. Street noise at night from the open windows was our only issue, too hot to sleep with them closed in one bedroom. Walking distance to town and several great restaurants right next door.

Comfortable and Stylish Home Near Everything in the Harbor

Just Wow! This home is beautifully redecorated and has a lot of unique touches from Alison's pottery business. We had three adult couples, each of whom value their privacy and comfort and I'm pleased to say we were all satisfied and then some! The AC in the king room and the upper floor made those rooms very comfortable. The queen room did not need an AC as it had a great cross breeze and was naturally cool. The kitchen was well-stocked with all necessities for cooking. We loved sitting on the two decks to catch a nice breeze and watch the harbor activities. The home is located at the base of the harbor far enough that you don't hear a lot of noise but close enough to walk to everything. My sister rented a place at the tip of the harbor and it was only a ten minute walk to get to her place. The main area with stores and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk, but there are options to eat as close as next door. This was our home away from home for a week and we were as comfortable as can be. Alison and her husband were wonderful hosts! Stay here! It's lovely!

Family and cooking friendly apartment in town

We had a wonderful week in Boothbay Harbor! The apartment has an incredibly well-stocked kitchen with ceramic art throughout, great couches for our teens to sprawl out on and a ping-pong table that kept them entertained while the grown-ups went out for kid-free dinners. We have vacationed in the area for 15 years, but it was our first time staying in "town". We all enjoyed the proximity to shops and the footbridge and walked through town multiple times per day. Alison and Chris were great hosts.

It is so nice to be able to go out for dinner and drinks and to walk right home. The apartment is a short walk to the grocery store, to the public tennis courts, YMCA, and to all of the awesome restaurants, stores and galleries in the harbor.
