Oceanfront 3BR/3BA retreat where the road ends in Boothbay Harbor. Enjoy stunning harbor views, a private dock, and a large covered porch perfect for relaxing. Spacious living room with cathedral ceilings, separate dining room, and a grassy lawn that gently slopes to the water. Walk to the iconic footbridge, restaurants, and shops. Ideal for families or friends looking for a peaceful waterfront escape with walkable access to downtown Boothbay.
House Rules & Helpful Info

-Trash & Recycling: Please remove all trash, including any food left in the fridge, and place bagged trash in the outdoor bins.

-Recycling does not need to be sorted, except for bottles and cans that are refundable in Maine. These can be set aside—feel free to return them to a local redemption center, or housekeeping will collect them.

-No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside or outside on the property.

-No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the premises.

-Damage Policy: Accidents happen—please report any damage promptly so we can address it quickly. The Damage Waiver covers unintentional damage to the property and its contents up to $1500, provided damages are reported to Ohana Vacations before check-out. (Airbnb reservations excluded)

-Starter Pack: Ohana provides a starter supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.). Guests are responsible for replenishing the following items as needed.

Grill Use: If a grill is available, please do not move it and keep it 5–10 feet from the house at all times. Kindly clean the grill after each use.

-Please: Flush only toilet paper—no wipes, feminine products, or other items.

-Avoid driving on the lawn, as pipes run underground.

-Be mindful of water usage.

You know what they say about real estate: location, location, location. This lovely home has that in spades. The most relaxing thing is the porch, which hosts a stunning view of the harbor. The bathrooms are small but functional. We plan to return again and again.

This home was beautiful. The view of the harbor from the porch was perfect. We spent mornings having coffee and watching the boats come and go. It was the best part of the week. The house was well equipped and very clean. The grab bars around the house were of a great assistance. The host answered all questions and everything went smoothly. Definitely a gem in Booth Bay.

Our time in Boothbay was comfortable, relaxing, and truly felt like a home away from home. The layout of the house was perfect for our group, with each bedroom having its own full bathroom, plus an additional half bath downstairs.The back porch and yard sit right along the coast, offering privacy and gorgeous harbor views. There were plenty of safe opportunities for walking and biking, and restaurants were conveniently within walking distance. We also enjoyed the historic Footbridge, a pedestrian walkway stretching across the inner harbor.This was our annual Labor Day trip to stay in one of Maine’s unique coastal homes, and this home quickly became one of our favorites. Everyone agreed we would happily return. Our host was easily available by text, and check-in and property access were simple and convenient. Overall, a wonderful and memorable stay!

Convenient location to downtown. Views are superb of the harbor. Quiet neighborhood.The kitchen is not very well equipped, but we survived. Need additional silverware, plates, etc..

The home was very nice and had a beautiful view of the bay. The sunsets were gorgeous. The home is old with charter which is fine but could use a good airing out or air freshener, had a smell to it. We loved the location! The only problem we had was the home did not have central air (this needs to be explained in the description). They use window air conditioners, which is fine if they are in the windows. I realize that we were at the beginning of the season but the upstairs rooms got very warm by evening. I did reach out to management but by the time they could send someone out we would be leaving. Would stay again. Bring soap/shampoo and a blow dryer if you use one.

The whole property was beautiful, and the view was amazing. All was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen is small but adequate; it does need some additional items to make it easier to prepare meals. I made some suggestions to the host. The host kept in touch and responded quickly to our questions/concerns. We enjoyed out visit and would be happy to return.

The view from this property was amazing! When the weather was nice, we used the porch for coffee in the mornings and wine in the evenings. We’d rush back to catch the sunset each evening! The setting was perfect! The local property manager was very helpful and responsive when I made a request for towels (1 towel and washcloth was provided per person for our 12 day stay) and dish towels. She actually provided fresh towels and laundered the used ones, which was wonderful. I suggested that the listing be updated, as the king sized bedroom required climbing steps. One queen sized bedroom was accessible, but the other required a lot of stair climbing. The property could be a showplace with some updating, but the view made up for that. The kitchen was small and needed more of everything since six people can easily sleep here. We found ourselves washing dishes quite a bit. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this property in Boothbay Harbor! The views of the harbor were amazing, especially at sunset. It’s about a 15 minute walk to downtown across the footbridge. It’s an older home so it has its quirks, but we didn’t mind that at all. It was great having access to a dock. We felt the kitchen was well stocked for what we needed and having a grill on the property was a nice amenity for meals at home. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom attached and then there’s another half bath downstairs. The two bedrooms upstairs are not connected by a hallway, but rather they have their own staircases on opposite sides of the house. We spent most of our time on the porch which had plenty of seating and great views. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was perfectly situated to overlook the gorgeous harbor. West setting sun with diamonds on the water every late afternoon! Sky was a spectacular color each night. The Maine Botanical Gardens are about 20 minutes away.Rooms were clean, beds great. No need for air conditioning at night with the breezes off the water! The host was so responsive to all questions. 5 star review! Nothing like sitting with our fresh brewed coffee and a blueberry cinnamon roll from Red Cup Cafe every morning! The Opera House is just across the foot bridge for live entertainment!We did not want to leave.
