The house features a cozy living room overlooking the romantic outdoor portico, which includes a dining table and a fireplace. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable sofa (convertible into a double bed), a dining table, and a flat-screen satellite TV.

The living room leads to the well-equipped kitchen and bathroom.

The charming bedroom on the first floor features air conditioning, a desk with a flat-screen satellite TV, and overlooks the garden with a view of the lake.

The house features an entrance with an electric gate, private parking, and a spacious, free garage with a laundry area.
