Beskrivelse - Opdateret stueetagen 2 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser ~ 1100 kvadratmeter enhed med fuld NYE køkken / spisebar, NYE GULV, NY MALING, NY Møbler, stor veranda og privat pool alt en gåtur fra stranden, parkering lige foran. Enhed udstyret med GRATIS HiSpeed trådløs internet service og HiDefinition TV service. Kingston Plantation er et 145 hektar stort lukket privat oceanfront-resort, der har det hele på stedet, væk fra centrum af Myrtle, men tæt nok til at få adgang til alt. Vores enhed er unik: meget centralt og blandt det nærmeste til havet og Sport n Health Club, men til lave omkostninger og med bedre funktioner / faciliteter. Sammenlignes gunstigt med enheder, der er højere i pris eller på mindre placeringer. Vores gæster betaler ikke servicegebyrer for feriested, parkeringsafgift eller internet / WIFI-gebyr!

Loved it

The pictures don't do the unit justice, it was even nicer than expected. Super clean and homey feeling. The area is quiet and peaceful. 5 minute walk to the beach.

The Kingston Plantation is a fantastic property, and this unit is set in the ideal location. The proximity to the beach and pool is absolutely ideal. 30 second walk to the pool, 5 minute walk across beautiful gardens and a wooden bridge that crosses over a beautiful pond. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Screened in porch was great for an evening cocktail with a ton of privacy. Barrett the owner was very responsive and I appreciated that. When we come back to Myrtle Beach, this property will be our go-to!

Our family enjoyed our stay in 2022 and decided to stay again this year. The location is so close to the beach and everything we wanted to go. We plan on staying again next spring break.

Great Stay for Work and Fun

Great location next to one of the property lakes, easy access to beach. Quiet area but close to entertainment and dining in North Myrtle. Condo is nicely decorated with all necessary amenities and then some. Would recommend for anyone.

Excellent stay

The place and owner were great, no hassles. Place was clean and as advertised. Loved the screened in porch view. Would recommend to anyone, especially families with children. Very quiet.

Perfect!

The unit is as described. Clean and well appointed, first floor, no stairs. Can accommodate 4 people comfortably. Having beach chairs, towels and boogie boards on site was a plus. I enjoyed having my coffee while sitting in the screened in porch watching the birds and squirrels play. The unit is only a 5min walk to the Embassy Suites and beach. Check in was super easy.

Kingston Plantation Stay

Unit was clean and has a good location. Only complaint was a little on the dark side, since it is a first floor unit. Lots of lighting helped with this issue. Pool near unit was great!

Great Location and Clean!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Easy access to beach (7-10 minute walk), clean accommodations and a quiet location is what you can expect. Owner was quick to reply to questions we had and all minor issues were handled right away. First floor access was super convenient since we stayed a week and had suitcases, groceries, etc. to carry in. We enjoyed the private pool as well. Finally, it was nice to be only 5 minutes from stores, restaurants and fun. Highly recommended.

Baseball tournament stay

Our 13 year old had a week-long Ripken baseball tournament and this unit was perfect. 15 minutes to the ball park and close enough to all the group activities we had planned. We didn’t want to be in a crazy, downtown high rise, so this was exactly what we were looking for. Could park right out front of the first floor unit for easy loading/unloading and the pool was only steps away. The beach was about a 7 minute walk away. Clean/comfy and was everything we wanted. Will definitely stay here again the next time we’re back.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time at Barrett's condo, and appreciated his extra communication prior to the trip. The condo came equipped with beach/pool necessities and lots of board games to keep the kids occupied during the rain. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. We loved being on the first floor and close to the pool and 5 minutes from the beach. The only down-side was the requirement to do launder all towels before leaving (or else pay extra $), as it was impossible to do 2 loads in one morning (the dryer is very inefficient). We loved it and will probably be back. Thanks, Barrett!

Enjoyed our Stay

Rented property for a week in June. Unit had been recently updated, was clean and was fully stocked with cookware, dinnerware silverware and utensils. Starter supplies were minimal, as expected. Communication with owner was encouraged and the rental process went smoothly. A prior review of this property stated that there was a musty order in the unit -- I spoke with the owner about this in that I am highly allergic to mold. He assured me that was not the case and I am happy to say that he was correct. The condo was nicely decorated in beach decor but not overdone. You should consider renting this unit -- a fair price, great location, and a perfect place to sit back and relax if you so choose.

PERFECT!!!

Everything was just as you promised and thanks for letting us know in advance the dryer was slow. Fortunately, I have a wonderful husband so he replaced the ventilation pipe on the dryer. Apparently someone had push the washer back to far and it crushed the pipe so the humidity couldn't escape. Your wife will be very happy when she returns because it drys better than mine at home. We were able to dry a load of towels in 40 minutes and the sheets in 25 minutes; therefore, we paid the minimum on the cleaning fee. Absolutely, a wonderful family friendly environment at the resort. Nice property close to everything

Is a nice condo that needs a bit of upgrading tho. For those that are planning on bringing a large family just FYI you can not use the pull out couch as a bed. It is definitely not something you can sleep on. Although both of the bedrooms are rather nice, new mattresses are definitely needed. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed for cooking. They also included soap and dishwashing detergent. The back patio was spacious and clean. It also had plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella for those of us who wanted to hit the beach. One big surprise tho was that you have to leave $60 dollars for the cleaning services. This wasn't made aware to us so it was a bit of a surprise. Other than that if the upgrades were made then we would more than likely stay there again.

Thank you for the input, we appreciate it. The pull out sleeper sofa in the living room is good quality and is certainly a bed as it makes into a queen and comes w mattress, sheets etc...it will not be as comfortable as a regular bed, esp for adults or larger people for longer stays. The cleaning is either included in the fee if paying online or left directly by the guest if not, and our rates are inline or better after including the cleaning. We hope to see you again!

Very dirty

Location was good, we are familiar with North Myrtle beach and the Arcadian beach is by far my favourite. The pictures are accurate and the condo had a fully stocked kitchen. Now for the negatives….when we arrived the condo smelled VERY musty. We travel to Myrtle beach often and have never experienced this in any other rental. We could not sit on the deck as it also smelled terrible and was very dingy. The inside of the condo needs a deep clean! The floors were filthy, baseboards and doors were covered in dust and there is water damage on the ceiling and in the bathrooms. I am not sure what the cleaners do but they definitely are not washing floors or dusting. I pulled out the couch for my 6’4 son to sleep on and there were mini Oreo cookies underneath. There were no cleaning supplies in the unit to properly sanitize floors or counter tops. I understand we are renting at the end of the peak season, however the smell and the cleanliness of the unit should be maintained to a reasonable standard.

Wow very sorry and surprised to hear this, we do value the input so thank you. Yes it was the end of peak season (back to back guests since May) and we were scheduling the deep cleaning when we took your short notice booking. If we are alerted during a stay, ideally at the beginning, we will quickly send our crew back to remedy any issues. There is a note requesting guests point out anything not to expectations so we know when attention is needed...I'm disappointed we did not have a chance to address. Please note we have a dehumidifier which really helps w the moisture some are sensitive to but it is the south and thus very humid. Finally we prep the pullout bed when we can but your booking said 1 guest so that was not prioritized, sorry. The porch has newer rockers and outdoor carpet, it is in fine shape. Obviously folks have varying standards since the prior guest left a five star review and my family stayed immediately after you and reported no issues. We have 17 years of overwhelming positive reviews so please contact me directly to let us apply a credit to your next booking as an accommodation for the inconvenience. Thanks.

Great spot close to the pool and the beach

We really enjoyed our week in Myrtle and at Kingston Plantation. The unit is well kept and clean with all of the features of a home away from home. It’s well located about a 5 minute walk from the beach. The pool is seconds away and very clean. Kingston Plantation as a whole is well maintained and is a great setting for running, walking and bike riding.

We LOVED this property!

This property was perfect for us! It was clean and the perfect distance from the beach and the pool! It was easy to pop down to the beach. Barrett was easy to get a hold of and was an amazing host. There were beach towels and beach toys and chairs for us to borrow. This helped as we were there for a dance competition and weren’t sure how long we would have to go to the beach or pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property

We had a great time in Myrtle Beach! This property was exactly as advertised and fit our family of 4 perfectly. The pool is a 30 second walk and not overcrowded. The beach is a five minute walk and perfect! We would definitely book here again.

Great location!

We love staying at this location and the condo was amazing! Very clean and it had everything we needed. So close to the pool and not a long walk to the beach. We will definitely be back!!!!!
