Thank you for your review, Patty! The homeowners asked us to pass along the following: "Patty, hello again! Many thanks for staying with us and for your feedback regarding your stay. We greatly appreciate that you chose our property given all of the other options that were available to you and, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of the temporarily inoperable, dishwasher. Given the COVID-19 global pandemic created a manufacturing shortage of appliances, we were not able to find for purchase and installation, a new dishwasher before the end of your stay. We are now happy to report that the inoperable dishwasher has been replaced. We hope that you will stay with us again. We would be thrilled to have you! Kind Regards."

Hi Marcy, the homeowners were disappointed to read your review, as they are accustomed to providing 5-star experiences, and would like to clarify the following: We take pride in ensuring the condo is serviced professionally before each guest. We have very high standards for our property and can confirm that the home is thoroughly cleaned and prepared after each guest. Communication is highly important to us. We encourage guests to reach out to us while they are in residence with any issues so that we can address any concerns quickly for a most comfortable stay. From previous guests, we've received glowing reviews and comments as we do all we can to make the best possible stay and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Your appreciative review of the property is kind and thoughtful. We are happy to hear that your vacation experiences while staying at our unit exceeded your expectations. We stand ready to host you again the next time you vacation in Myrtle Beach!

Our goal is to ensure that our guests have a comfortable stay with us and to deliver elevated standards of hospitality. - We value the condition of our appliances in the home and we sincerely apologize for the issue with the dryer. We were informed that the dryer had broken down after the previous guests checked out, and there was only a 6-hour window before you arrived, and checked in, making it challenging to get it repaired in time. We arranged for appliance service personnel and they arrived within 24 hours of your check-in, but a replacement part was required. The part arrived in 5 days and was installed the day after you checked out. - We recognize the importance of ensuring guests have access to a quick and efficient guest contact. We are in the process of evaluating our options for improving our local Guest Contact service which will; thereby, provide improved guests assistance during their stay. We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to hosting many satisfied guests.

Hello, Stephanie. We greatly appreciate your feedback as we take our guest's experiences at our properties very seriously. We want our guests to arrive at a vacation home that is 100% clean and ready for their stay. The homeowner has very high standards of cleanliness for this home and has investigated and addressed the issues with their cleaning team to ensure that future guests do not share these unpleasant experiences. Your feedback allows for us to continue to improve and to help this homeowner provide guests with the 5-star service that the home is known for. We hope to host you again soon!

Hi Lisa, the homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: - Thank you for spending your family vacation with us. We know that you had many other properties available to you, and we appreciate that you choose us. - Regarding the broken dishwasher, we apologize for the inconvenience. To state the obvious, suppliers were not able to deliver a replacement before the end of your stay. As you may have seen at the time in the news, there was a severe shortage of new home appliances due to the COVID-19 pandemic-related global shutdown. - Regarding access to the Hilton Hotel pool, as is stated in the description of this property, access to the Hilton Hotel and Embassy Suites pools are not included in the rental of the property. Access to those pools is managed separately. - The North Hampton building, however, does have its own dedicated indoor (understandably closed currently due to COVID-19 rules) and outdoor pools that are accessible by only North Hampton dwellers. Thanks again!

Hello! Thanks for your feedback. We are happy to hear that your stay with us was perfect. Thanks in advance for declaring our property as your choice for your next vacation.
