Very nice apartment on a lovely site. Close to many bars and restaurants and 2 supermarkets that cover all your needs.Having just returned we have immediately booked again for our 4th visit- need we say more!

Fantastic apartment, with good local amenities. Great restaurants within short walking distance and the Clubhouse was very handy for a lazy lunch(excellent pizza)

Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property, overlooking the pool area. Apartment has 2 large terraces with sunshine all day. Apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for self catering with a large Mercandona across the road. However, there are some really good restaurants nearby, the closest is the complex Clubhouse that serves delicious pizzas and pasta. Along the road to the beach there are some other lovely places to eat. All in all a great place to stay. We will definitely return, thank you

Just back from an 11 night stay in this excellent apartment! The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to the beach and as many restaurants as you could possibly need! The apartment itself was spotless, very spacious and fitted out with everything you could possibly need for a perfect holiday, It overlooks the pool and the onsite restaurant so the location of the apartment on the complex is superb, I would honestly say the photos don't really do it justice, it's even better than it looks!I would highly recommend using the rooftop pool although the number of steps to get to it means you need to be fairly fit! The main pool is very nice but as with every resort there are the usual 'Sunbed Wars' to contend with so we went to the rooftop every day where there is also a bar for cold drinks by the pool!The onsite restaurant does excellent pizzas cooked in the outside oven fresh every time, the staff also run the rooftop bar and are really nice and friendly!I would highly recommend the apartment and will certainly be returning sometime soon hopefully!

Great apartment in great location

Lovely property in the centre of the complex. 2 large terraces overlooking the pool, restaurant and bar. Lots of eateries and 2 supermarkets nearby ( Smaller super market literally next door-less than 100 meters away) Would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

This is our second time at this property. Host is very responsible and helpful.The apartment is very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. Near the beach, trains and buses and nice supermarket.The complex is beautiful. food and service.

Benalmadena

We stayed in the apartment for 1 week in May 2022 , it was spotlessly clean , very modern , everything looked to be brand new , kitchen , bathrooms , beds and bedding , furniture and even tv’s . The location was perfect for us , close to bars , restaurants , supermarket , beach and bus and rail transport links . It was so good that we’ve booked to stay here again Stephen and Karen

Wonderful apartment

Beautiful apartment.Everything is new. Communication with the owner was excellent. Location cannot be beat, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the train station and across the street from large supermarket. Hope to return.

No contact with manager.she sent video with instructions to enter but we had no wifi to get them.Front desk of complex very helpful. Owner prompt in responding to emails. On site restaurant has great food. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent property in perfect location!

Check in process was quick and easy with Kelly. Apartment is very spacious and newly refurbished to a very high standard. Location was brilliant for us, just above the Pool area & Clubhouse restaurant, a few steps further on to Sam's bar (best breakfast in Benalmádena) and only a minute to the supermarket. And hardly any steps, which is unusual for this complex! Thank you for a lovely stay - Will definitely be back!

Fantastic apartment.

The apartment was top class, very clean and everything you could possibly need even a bottle of water and a bottle of wine 🍾, it is just a short walk away from some of the best restaurants I've eaten at and the beach too, and there is a park with a huge lake just around a few corners. Sam's bar in the Pueblo Evita site is also a good hangout if you just want to spend a day around the pool or the football is on and there is also a man cooking pizzas on site if you would just like to grab something good and tasty without heading out. All in all we had a fantastic time in comfort.

Apartment in Benelmedena

Overall this property was good. Location was superb. Minutes to the beach. I would have liked better quality towels as I was washing them everyday as they were so thin. During our month stay we had to ask to have the bathroom shower tray resealed as we had ants,but also the whole of the tiling in there needs attention.The shower head in that bathroom was broken which we did report after a few days however, it was fixed the day before we came home.!. Generally ,the apartment needs attention ie painting etc. Also ,a new washing airer as it is rusted in places and comes off on your clothes. Being there for a month,this was a necessity for us. We did however,enjoy our stay here but just wanted to point out a few oroblems.

After having a dialogue with the guest to understand better, we would like to provide some answers and clarifications. The sealing consisted of a minor improvment of the seam between the floor and the tub. The remark about the tile was that some tile seam were slightly dirty, we have conveyed this to the cleaning staff. The shower nozzle had clicked out of its holder, we are sorry the guest has to wait so long before it was fixed. We will replace the drying rack. And also replaced the sun umbrella We always try to provide the best experience for our guests as possible and gratefully accept improvements! //Kenneth And Marie

Pool view apt 824

Lovely 2 bed 2 bath apt with 2 terraced overlooking the pool and clubhouse.Not that many steps to negotiate considering the steep incline of the hill. All rooms have a/c which looks new and works very well. The only negatives for our stay were there were no pool/beach towels provided. We haven't packed our own towels for years. So we had to buy some really grotty ones at the Chinese supermarket at 7 euros each. We left them for the next guests. Also the quality of the bathroom towels are very poor and thin. They could do with upgrading/replacing more often. A welcome pack would be nice for late arrivals like us (10 pm) some water orand some fruit or potato crisps etc.On the whole though nice apt good location and friendly staff in the complex. Need more English speaking TV channels.
