Lovely villa in quiet area with everything you need for a relaxing break. Supermarket on your doorstep and only a 20 minute leisurely walk to Marina Rubicon. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely property and very well equipped. The heated pool was wonderful. Plenty of room for 3 'mature ' ladies. Ideal location with supermarket opposite and a pleasant walk to the marina. Easy and cheap to get to main Playa Blanca area by bus. Only moan was slightly damp smell in and outside villa. Great holiday.

Perfect stay

Spotless, great location, only few minutes drive to playa blanca and marina, added bonus 2 supermarkets on your doorstep, definitely recommend to anyone wanting a lovely villa.

Lisa was swiftly responsive to any questions we had both prior to our booking and whilst we were in the Villa. Villa is ideally placed with a well-stocked supermarket 1 minutes walk away. Very private and is just like it seems in the images. Nice quiet area but lovely walk to Marina and the busier part of Playa Blanca, but also a bus stop on the doorstep if walking not your thing. Villa has all the amenities you could require with lost of wardrobe space and really good television channels if you want to stay in one evening. Nice pool (which we had heated as weather was a bit changeable in March - well worth it). We would definitely stay there again and I can highly recommend it.

Great Villa in Great Location

Great Villa everything you need with the supermarket 2 mins from the Villa. The outside space is excellent and the pool was lovely. Great communication from Lisa and would definitely stay again.

FABULOUS VILLA IN OUR FAVOURITE LOCATION!

We had the most brilliant time, and had our eye on this villa for some time but it had always been booked up before. We loved the privacy, location etc and everything is provided for a fantastic holiday! We would love to stay there again if the option arose in the future.

Lovely Villa

The villa was amazing and the location equally as good. Shop across the road was a nice addition Room all very spacious and the villa is very modern , everything you need for a relaxing stay , Lisa was very responsive to messages , we will be visiting again :)

Lovely villa

The villa was lovely, everything was there that was needed for our weeks holiday. The location was very good, within walking distance of the Marina. The local supermarket was very handy being so close. We hope to return.

Great house in great location

Spacious property with nice terrace, pool and amenities. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Lisa was very responsive to any communication. We enjoyed our holiday and would rebook this property again

Perfect Stay

This villa is perfectly positioned in a peaceful area but within easy reach of the lively parts of the island. The villa itself has everything you need and was very clean and beds were really comfortable. The pool is perfect for a morning swim and was a lovely suntrap being nicely sheltered from the winds. Fantastic holiday and if we come back to the island would definitely book this villa again.

Great villa. On issue we had was no power for 16hrs. But it was delt with pretty quick.

Lovely Villa

A wonderful villa in a great location and only a 15 minute walk from the Marina along the coast with an excellent choice of restaurants and bars. A very enjoyable, relaxing few days in the sunshine. Communication with Lisa was great.

Family holiday

My wife and I and our kids had a wonderful stay at Katarina. Superb location - and the Marina (10 minute walk) has a great choice of restaurants, bars, etc. A couple of supermarkets literally across from the Villa has everything you would need. We are hoping to return in 2023 - loved it!

Lovely villa in a great location! Supermarket just across the road was very handy. We hired a car so we could explore the whole island. Lisa was very responsive to queries throughout.

Perfect location for us

The property was perfect for us and is deceivingly quite large, it had everything we needed for a family holiday and if we go back to Lanzarote we will try to book it again. Rubicon Marina is a pleasant 20 minute walk along the coastal path with lots of restaurants and shops, Playa Blanca is a bit further but worth the walk. If you like beaches the Papagayo beaches are also within walking distance although we took the car most days

Wonderful stay in this beautiful villa

Villa Katrina is a lovely villa ,very conveniently located in a quiet relaxed area but a lovely costal walk to Marina Rubicon which has a good choice of restaurant and bars . The villa has everything needed for self catering as well , very well equipped with everything one could need . The villa is also close to the bus route with a bus stop at the end of the road .There is an abundance or easy parking in the area . Would definitely stay here again

Lovely Villa in a great location

The villa is in a lovely area, close to Rubicon Marina and Playa Blanca. The house was nicely furnished and had sufficient utenslis, pots/pans etc in the kitchen. Outside patio and dining area was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Location was excellent and was near a local supermarket, not to mention being within 15 minute walk of restuarants. What more can I say - a great location in a great place and a great holiday

Home from home with sunshine

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at villa Katarina. Very comfortable and clean inside and out. British TV if you want it. Pool heated to perfection. Supermarket on the doorstep and a short taxi ride into town or a nice coastal walk in the evening. Loved it so much we have already rebooked for November.

Overall great place to stay

Villa has everything you need and is clean. Good layout inside and spacious. Nice pool and outside area. Host was helpful and quick to answer any queries. Most of all we loved the location of this villa. So convenient for the supermarkets just over the road and it is within a 20 minute walking distance of the marina which is definitely the classiest part of playa blanca. There are some lovely restaurants and shops at the marina, we walked it daily and sometimes twice a day.

Great Holiday

Great holiday, home from home in a beautiful villa with beautiful views. 20 minute walk to the Marina every time was breathtaking. We loved our 2 week stay and would definitely recommend the Villa and the Marina. Lisa was very helpful. The Marina had lots of lovely restaurants, the food was great. Would definitely come back. Amazing

The property was actually better than advertised! Not only was it, clean, beautifully furnished and in an ideal location facing two supermarkets and not far from the rubicon marina and playa Blanca centre but it had everything promised and more. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a villa with a private pool and a great family get away. Will hopefully be booking again for our next visit to lanzarote.
