Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors measuring the impressive size of more than 300sqm in total. Carefully mixing traditional elements with modern comforts, Villa Petros will amaze for the sense of space, privacy and relaxation. On the ground floor there are a large, fully equipped kitchen (separate), a dedicated dining area, a separate lounge, a family shower room and 2 bedrooms, both en-suite, one double and one twin. The double bedroom has direct access to the pool facing terrace as well as its own bathroom with bathtub + shower over. The twin bedroom has direct access to its own shower room. Stairs lead up to the first floor and to a second lounge/landing area. Upstairs there are 2 huge suites, opening straight to the sea-facing furnished terraces. The master bedroom suite has double bed, en-suite bathroom with bathtub + shower, walk-in wardrobe and a single sofa bed. Big patio doors provide access to the balcony as well as sensational sea views. The twin bedroom has its own shower room, once again sensational sea views, and has a door leading onto the 5th bedroom, ideal for children for whom it has been designed (yet it can accommodate adults too as the twin beds are full sized). For the comfort of the guests, all the 5 bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental rates).



Outside, Villa Petros is a lush oasis under the Greek sun. Huge gated grounds with shrubs, flowers and trees surround the villa providing a sense of space and privacy. The large private pool is set at the front of the villa, and is particularly large measuring 8m x 5m (depth 1.7m). For the safety of the children, the pool can be gated. Comfortable sunbeds and shades are provided for long hours of sunbathing, pampered by the gentle local breeze and surrounded by the most unspoilt nature. Yet, with such a perfect beach just steps away, the choice between pool and sea will be hard! A large brick built barbecue with sink and spacious shaded outdoor areas (both in the ground floor and upper floor terraces) complement the setting for delicious al-fresco meals. Private gated parking is available within the grounds.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.
