Great apartment centrally located. Host was great in communication. We hoped to check in a little early but was not able to and ended up waiting outside the door until 5 min before 4pm checkin time. Besides the jetlagged first day experience, the apartment was great.

We had a wonderful experience. The host went above and beyond to get us a cab for our early flight home. This was a great centrally located spot.

The house was managed by a rental company so we had difficulty with the check-in process initially however, the place itself is very clean. There’s no windows too the square like we had hoped and expected. Very, very noisy at night because it’s up against a hotel.

Hands down one of the worst beds I’ve slept in at a bnb listing. Also what’s the point of charging a cleaning fee when the place is not clean. The bathroom was filthy, the tub looked like it wasn’t cleaned in months. Getting into the apartment was insanely painful. If you don’t have internet it’s almost impossible to unlock the front door. The only pro is prime location.

Great location!

The apartment was clean, cute, comfortable and located near all the must sees in Florence. I enjoyed jogging along the Fiume Arno in the mornings too. We ate at some of the restaurants recommended by the host and they were delicious as well. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again if we’re back in Firenze.

In the Heart of Florence

Location was super. Flat was charming and the kids loved the side bedroom with the loft. The loft area was great for younger and older kids. Bring earplugs for the business out the window if you arent use to city noise all night.

Location, location, location!

Centrally located just steps from the Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo del Vecchio, and all that Florence has to offer, this is an amazing property. Very cute apartment that offered everything for our family to enjoy our stay. Location can work both ways so there was some late night revelers and early morning street cleaning to deal with but chalked it up to the trade off.

Florence-near Ponte Vecchio

We so enjoyed our stay in this lovely ancient city. The apartment was located very near the Ponte Vecchio, loads of terrific restaurants nearby. We were grateful for the many fans in the apartment as it was quite hot. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The internet key worked very poorly. We were very glad to have a physical key to get in! The manager was so helpful and readily available. We really appreciated her timely responses!

Excellent

We loved the location and being able to hear the live street performers at the end of the street each night. We would open the windows and relax inside to the sounds of live opera music. The accommodation were exactly as described. Plenty of room for 4 adult family members. Bathroom was large. We truely appreciated the lamps in the bedrooms having USB connectors. Close to shops in historic area and bridges. Easy to access train station and places to eat. There are a fair amount of stairs so a little challenge if you have heavy suitcases.

Perfect apartment for three friends

Safe and perfect apartment for three friends. Spacious bathroom, many mirrors, and very comfortable overall. Only complaint is how loud it was at night when people would scream or even just talk outside (the noise and conversations really carried down the alley corridors) making it difficult to sleep the first night but that somewhat comes with a location in the city. We still followed several of the recommendations (sightseeing, best views of the city, restaurants, etc.) provided by the host upon check in and they were spot on! We had a great experience in Florence and the apartment really felt like home by the end of our stay.

Fantastic location and great apartment!!!

This is a wonderful property in a perfect part of Florence to walk to everything. We really enjoyed our stay and Barbara was very responsive to questions. I will say that the code to get into the apartment is challenging because there are two options. For the first option you need internet service and the thick stone walls made that difficult in the hallway. However, they offer an alternate to enter a code on the door and that worked wonderfully once we realized we had to hit the padlock button both prior to and after the code. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend the location and the beautiful apartment! K
