The location offers an ideal balance between the peace of a residential setting and the convenience of having major attractions close by: the Duomo, the Central Market and the Accademia Gallery are all easily reachable on foot.

The area is very well served by public transportation: several bus lines nearby connect quickly to different parts of the city, while Santa Maria Novella station, Florence’s main railway and tram hub is at a walking distance.
